      Thought I was going to pass out at end, but was in the garage with the door shut and it’s 85 outside 🤣🤣 and that a month before our move I had to stop working out due to some issues. We are all settled in and I’m back to it, used the lightest weight humanly possibly and still such a challenge, but I can’t resist a metcon!

    I used to scoff at low impact workouts so I never did them before. Then I got older and had to seek them out. Silly me. I’ve been missing out. Low impact = focused intensity and that’s exactly what I get with Heather’s low impact workouts. She’s such a baddie!💪🏾💪🏾

    Do not underestimate the 'low impact' nature of this, the intensity is steady and my heart rate was steadily up in the ideal zone. I think METCON is my new found fave style of sweat sesh. Thank you!

    Great workout! I really really appreciate your 30 min, low impact workouts!
    I was a lifelong runner but had to stop due to stupid arthritis in my feet. It keeps me from doing anything high impact or on my toes 😢

    Wow! Almost 🤮 3/4 of the way through! Woke up, had a cup of tea and did it, lesson learned, some water or food maybe. Just getting back into your workouts after several years of tennis elbows and carpal tunnel surgery both things both sides! Only been walking as no weights trying to get rid of tennis elbows, until we found I had a torn tendon in one. Just as hard as a I remember, but even more so as a newbie again! Thanks and can’t wait to start the new 12 week!!!🎉

    This was great! I used heavy for me, kettlebells 20lb each and was sweating buckets! I would love to see more 30-40min workouts with weights and some hiit. I also like the ones where you use the big stability ball. Thank you as always!!

    I loved this workout! I just upped my weights and this was a great break in for the heavier set. I was dripping but didn’t feel like I was going to die at the end. Thank you!

    This low impact metcon was great challenge to do. Low impact makes you focus on form not speed, therefore, challenging. Great way to work out the entire your body with multiple moves! Love it! Heather you have great videos that challenge and motivate me. Would love to see more low-impact metcon.❤🎉💪💪
