The best part is that the soundtracks used are from sonic games that were released around the same year as the mario game they're playing over. That is some serious attention to detail!

I really adore, how you use Sonic music for every Mario game that fits the Game respectively, like Azure Blue World (Emerald Coast) for Mario Sunshine or Neo Green Hill Zone theme for NSMBDS, both games that revived the 2D Games for their series respectively.

Nintendo should add these Mario challenges that NB does as fun, challenging post game content for replay value. Adjusting the levels to make this possible. Beat every level backwards would be easy for them to implement.

As a person who for some reason was born with an unexplainable hatred for the feeling of being barefoot on grass (especially when wet) I appreciate your dedication.
Actually, in bowser's fury, that's cat hair, not grass. So unless you're allergic to cats, you may be able to beat that game!
Does Mario Sunshine really count since you weren't controlling Mario anymore when they touch the grass?
You can't beat Pianta Village and unlock the last level because you spawn on the grass.
Same but in reverse for SMW. You don't have two levels to try because you have control of Mario in the "opening" (where the text box appears), immediately touching grass.
@@Gramini But the game forces you to touch grass it doesnt count, Spawning on grass shouldnt count, it should count only if you end up falling into grass or there's grass on the way without any way around.

Also IIRC "they" can be used as a wildcard, even for a single individual. While that may sound weird, it's perfectly valid English grammar.
For sm64ds you could’ve used the walking underwater glitch to get to the basement first and then get enough stars to unlock the other areas.
