  • We sure do love Aromic Smells in our kitchen.
    Seasoned with coconut milk, loveand a dash of salt.
    Super simple recipe that will pair with whatever protein you like and will compliment it well! Fluffy and Yummy.
    You can either use timeric powder or grated natural tumeric, the natural tumeric has more of a stagnant smell and flavor that can dominate every other natural flavor if not used in the right portion. If used on hands it will stain which is that bright yellow colour of the powder or root.
    You can also use tumeric in your curry as substitute or with it.
    Tumeric is a very unique ingredient, you’re sure to love!

    I have to try this . It sounds delicious ! Plus I love the flavor of coconut . How long did you let the mixture boil before adding rice?

    • @teeskitchennn
      @teeskitchennn  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes The coconut milk made it so good I even went back for thirds! Once it starts to boil you add the rice in. Or if you’re more comfy adding it in the same time it’s still good,DO YO THANG SISTA it’s a Jamaican thing where we’d normally boil our coconut milk a little before we add the rice in.

    i've never heard of turmeric coconut rice, it sounds like it wold be bomb with chicken . Does the rice taste sweet?

    • @teeskitchennn
      @teeskitchennn  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It'z Me Mimi yes I had it with brown stew chicken feet, to see the post you can follow me at chef.amortyy on Instagram. It’s has the coconut’s natural faint sweetness from the coconut milk but it’s more... coconuty. And with savory meat.. bomb

      Absolutely no plastic....carcinogenic. Better off using parchment or she could try aluminum foil. The meal came out looking great 👍
