I barely measure rice and water, mimi hupima na macho but I don't bring them to boil. I wash rice, add water, oil and salt and simmer till cooked. It's never disappointed me

How i make white rice
I boil rice together with water doesn't have to be hot ,they boil together until inaeza umika kiasi usiwache iive sana then remove the water using a big sieve ...chini ya cooking pot,weka cooking oil then put back the uncooked rice let it get cooked with the steam alafu unaeza weka cooking oil either ontop of the uncooked rice or when the rice is in the sieve...hivo mchele hutoka one by one poa sana..kuiva na steam.
