Enjoy your take on food, recipes, and cooking sssooooo much that I gifted myself your Genius Recipes AND Genius Desserts cookbooks. The background music gives off a Zen meditative vibe for me, lends itself to a calm approach to cooking.

Incredible! You really can't mess this up - the combo is just that good. I used Jasmati rice, which was great.

I always add my coconut oil to my rice, WHILE it cooks - it’s delicious! 🥥👍🤓

Recipe looks good. I thought the resolution would be to dilute the coconut milk with the coconut water so it's interesting that only coconut water was used with coconut oil added later. I think hooking Andrea's sound up to the video somehow would make it easier to hear her at times.

My mother turned me against rice when growing up and I didn't try it again until I was sent to Thailand during the Vietnam War and when one guy there at the same hotel talked me into trying some he had which was cooked with vegetables and meat in it and it tasted so good until I ordered a bowl of it also and have been eating it since then. Our mother use to just serve us plain rice for breakfast and I was not into that. The rice you made look so delicious just plain, but I love the fried rice most of all.

My parents never cooked rice so I didn’t know about rinsing it. Once I started doing that my rice is always perfect and delicious. Even if I freeze and reheat. I eat way too much rice.

High potassium rice- even if it weren’t delicious that would be a good idea!

Andrea, the famous chef is drowned out by some silly producer’s idea of what the video should look/should like. Can the music!

No one cooks jasmine rice like pasta... it sounds uneducated to me. You might do that with basmati rice, but not any other kinds of rice. Stop listening the so called "guru" on TH-cam to teach you how to cook rice, just get a rice cooker to cook rice and follow the factory instruction. Any 5 years old kid can cook rice in Asia, impossible to mess up.
