Important to understand that this is MY review - I paid for this phone, I used this phone and will continue to use it to give you a longer-term review about how it’s held up in my day to day. But at the moment, here’s my findings.
I must admit, I love this type of review. I am thinking of getting the Fold 6 even though I am disappointed with the lack of effort that's been made when compared to the efforts from the likes of Google, Honor, OnePlus, and even Huawei. Also, with the rumors of the Fold Ultra/Slim, it sounds to me like Samsung is admitting that they have made a mistake, but I can't understand why they are limiting its release because it's obvious that Westerners want it. The only thing that I am worried about is the durability of the other phones. Samsung has managed to improve each year, and I haven't had any issues with the Fold 5 at all. I love the One UI experience and don't know if I would like the other software experiences or if I would have to change my entire ecosystem. I know I am going to be disappointed because there is better hardware out there that I know Samsung could match or surpass.
Most people aren't paying 1900 for the phone. Depending on your plan you can get almost 1100 off. For 800 it's more than worth it. It's a tablet that can be used as a phone.
I was coming from the S21 Ultra, so I think it will be a nice upgrade. I used a $1,000 discount for a final price of just over $800, which I feel was a good deal.
While I do agree - you’d be surprised to see how many people are paying the full price on these devices. And regardless, promos are only as good as how long they last. There is no doubt this is a $1,900 phone. But at the moment, it may not be (for some people).
Yeah, I just got the fold 6 as my first foldable, and in just a few weeks, I'm already concerned I'll never be able to go back to a standard style phone. I've even gotten used to the smaller front screen, with the understanding I can always have a bigger screen at any time if needed. But I'm out of control now. I've already preordered the google 9 fold, as one who always likes to have a "back up phone". HEEEEEELP!!!! 😰
@@DENVEROUTDOORMAN Holy crap, you're right!! I forgot, we're robots. We're not allowed to like something if someone else doesn't like it. I have changed my preferences to now match with yours. I will consider throwing my phone in the trash now. But before I do that, which phone am I allowed to like? I don't want to waste anymore money on a device someone ELSE doesn't like.
I have a z fold 5 and i just ordered the s24 ultra because the phone is just too small when folded... cases don't really fit it correctly and it's irritating
My Fold 6 case fits amazingly! I was literally amazed at how tight it was and love that it's less of a phone when folded and in your pocket (height and width) It's actually easier for me to carry around because it's a tad bit smaller when closed and not that much thicker than the newer S-Series because once you put even a thin rubber case on one they're damn ear the same thickness, not to mention if you go with some rugged style case, then the Fold6 is actually smaller in the pocket. I love this being the case, it's perfect. (To each their own of course) :-)
OK, most people aren't buying the fold for it's camera, Samsung has been very clear and transparent about this saying specifically it's not going past 50M because it'd affect the fold functionality, second The Fold6 DOES have Super Fast Charging so what are you literally saying it charges slooooow for? Mine charges every bit as fast as my previous device S23 which I still have, can't tell the difference as far as charge speed goes. you MIGHT have to get a cable capable of super fast I dunno, because I'm simply using a longer charge cable I already had. The "crease" is there yes, of course..and in sunlight you see it a BIT more but the phone is VERY bright and if you crank up the brightness the crease is absolutely acceptable and hinders literally nothing imo. I've never had a folding device until now but the build, the strength of the folding as a whole is very very strong and in no way feels like it'll break. I was very surprised when I demo'd it first. I got the $1100 credit for my trade-in but then paid it off so I could keep it for the wife so I got more like a 900.00 deal on my fold. I didn't buy it for looks or so people could gaulk at me/it when using it. I bought it for functionality so I could use it for work mainly and not have to lug around an iPad mini (which is kinda heavy, or gawd forbid a 10" iPad) I sold them both to pay for this and it's woooonnndddeeeerrrrful to use in the office or out in the field. I work in IT and software support and this is a godsend having this ability and still having a very pocketable phone (folded it's a bit thicker than my S23 (not by much either) but not as wide so it's actually more pocketable because the width and height when closed are smaller so for me, that was a big win. People buying this are doing so for business I'd bet 80% of the time. No one is buying this for gaming (see if mom and dad will swing for this and you'll see what I mean lol). I game to as an adult at 55yrs yes, of course but It was the last thing on my mind when I bought it. Get a nice case for it and if you like the Spen stuff and ability make sure the case you get has a slot for the SPen. I don't use the S-pen mch in my world so I opted for a smaller case without Spen space being taken up but there are cases that are very rugged, support wireless charging etc. I can get by a whole day easily using this at work and opening and closing it prob 50 times a day and in no way feel like it's cheap or will wear out over time. These have a very solid hinge setup. Just be careful if you're considering it. It's not cheapo but the damn S24 comes in at around what? 1200.00 or so also? And if your plan puts you on a new 2yr contracts like most do, then it doesn't feel quite as expensive. I had zero buyer's remorse, especially with the 1100.00 trade-in discount. My 3¢ after 3 weeks usage. Also, do NOT put any screen covers on the inner screen, it'll hinder it and it doesn't feel like it needs one, the case I bought had a glass style sheet for the outer and if you install it very patiently and prep the device making it super clean and dust free you'll LOVE it. NO bubbles for me! ()this is a first) This Fold6 ROCKS.....just not for everyone. Ive had a Note since the Note 1 and then up to the S23 and this is a very happy camper switching to this little beast.
How's the folding screen holding up? Currently on the iphone 13 mini and considering getting the fold 6 due to trade in deals, but this is a major concern for me.
@agrisimfarming I have the fold 3. Have had it for 2.5years. My upgrade to the 6 will be in 6 months. Screen is perfect. After about 2 years and 3 months the factory installed screen protector started peeling at the crease. I peeled it off after a while and nothing changed. I've even dropped this thing a few times and it's held up fine. The drops happened while the fold was folded. Idk how a open drop would hold up
I still love my z fold 5. Thanks to my mobile gaming channel it made it possible for me to get it on contract and now I had it exactly one year and it's still amazing. I still make content on my phone to upload to my channel, the inside display has had no issues. No damage, it still folds perfectly fine. The front display is fine, the battery life is still great. I really am so happy with this phone. I don't think I missed out on the z fold 6.
18:00 yes you very much could, but what's easier and more convenient to get (you're own words) more or less the same experience? 2 separate devices that both need to be charged and takes up space, likely even requires a bag or case to carry it around, as well as the chargers, or just one device that folds up and fits in your jeans pockets?
Same here! Over 15 years iPhone user giving Samsung another try. To each of their own there are things that's better than one over the other. But overall I am liking the Fold 6 more and more.
I had the fold 3. Recently decided time to upgrade to the 6. Oh god is it amazing. Love it. Only thing that would make it better is them figuring out how to integrate a Z Pen into the shell (I figure they'll call it a Z Pen since it would be a complete redesign on the S Pen and to be more in line with the Fold's Z moniker)
I love mine. The weight is definitely a plus, and it runs a lot cooler than my fold 5. the 5 sometimes felt like it was going to catch on fire or overheat when I played games that ran the cpu to its max. It also felt like my fold 5.
I bought mine on black Friday the 256gb for. 1400 and then got a 250 dollars store credit for my old s22 ultra so im very happy at. 1200 ish after. Phone case and screen protector. One thing I do hate is my case. Do you have a link to a good case?
From s21 ultra to zfold4 to zflip5 to s 23 ultra to 24 ultra to now fold 6. I have a lot of great things to say about this phone, except the charging speed. 25 w is iphone like speed and its disgusting.
Not trying to defend them too much here but a lot of consumers don't know a lot about phone batteries so they often use the phone while it's charging. Since the fold 6 is so thin but powerful at the same time, while either having to power twice the screen size or being folded (leading to worse cooling conditions), there might just not be enough cooling power to handle all that AND 45w charging while keeping the battery safe. For me personally it's not that big of an issue since I always charge my phone over night and even there I have to use the battery protection mode since it's obviously way too fast. I've never experienced 45w charging before though so I don't know what I'm missing out on 😅
Charging speed really isn't a big deal. That doesn't bother me it charges fast enough when I need it. My gripe is the cameras. They are good but not the best. I get good enough pictures just want more zoom and closer to s24ultra cameras
I went from a note 20 ultra to an S23 U and then a S24U. I did the twenty three because I was starting to be concerned about the trade in of the phone and wanted the new UI. I never liked the twenty three I don't know why.Because they're all similar, but for some reason, I just never bonded with that phone. Truth be told the note twenty ultra was my favorite phone because of the color the mystic bronze, and just in general, how it felt. But I do like the twenty four ultra. But i'm also itching for a fold. Right now it's just too expensive for the compromises. You would think for almost $2000 US that you would have a better than mediocre camera. I'm not a big camera person. I just want to get my money's worth and when I do take a photo or a video I want it to be good. I realize that with all the increased technology, they have to put the money into that and make compromises somewhere. We're never gonna have it all with these devices, and it comes down to basically can you live with the compromises In order to get the newness?
@@dorothy135 for me personally when I unfold the zfold6, the experience I get from watch TH-cam or basketball games , a normal candy bar phone can not give me.
Got mine 2 weeks ago for 1200 with 24 months added (so essentially 800 for the phone). I bet nobody ever paid 1900 for it. It is a great device! Feels very premium and is a breeze to use.
I have the zfold 4 and it is a high maintenance phone i had to replace the screen protector twice in the 2 years I've had it and now in the middle of the screen there is a black hole tear within the screen which is causing a green line go to the right side of the screen and a clear line going directly down the middle of the phone. I was very impressed with the phone til I've had these issues I will upgrade to the S24 ultra. This is a cool phone but it comes with issues with the inner screen over time.
Appreciate the honest perspective. I'll be using my mainly for work purposes, Microsoft apps as Outlook, Teams, etc. Hopefully it holds up well over the next 3 to 4 years.
It's a phenomenal phone, but it's not for everyone. I love my S Ultra series, couldn't see giving it up for a foldable and I have an Honor Magic V2 Global but still use my S24 Ultra 99% of the time
@@MegaIceman66 I have, I love one ui but I just can't get the hang of the outer screen even if its improved this year. One thing that I do love and I believe it is a Samsung only thing is that you can have 2 totally different layouts from outer to inner screen with Samsung, the other foldables mirror the outer
amazon price for covers might be high , i got one that finally stopped blocking right side text & on the right side, i couldn't raise up volume oh the 1 i got from Amazon didnt protect my phone the middle part got damage afte i drop it phone damage , just really check yoyr cover from on / off switch ,te ting fully not covered by LEFT side ...where you cant text or copy because its being covered by screen cover
My fold 3 finally gave up after 3 years. Main screen stopped working(no display). I feel I can't go back to traditional phones after 3 years of using a foldable, but at this price point, I would love it if the phone lasts for atleast 5 years. I am still using the front screen and waiting for the launch of s25 ultra.
Coming from iPhone 14 Pro Max , got bored of iOS. Had iPhone since iPhone X. Just personally love s24 ultra , but feel like it would be better just to have a separate tablet. I’ve tried to find any good reason of having a foldable. But it’s been hard to convince myself. Plus I like the main screen being bigger, if they ever make the foldable with the same size as the ultra I might seeing it being an option. But right now I’m still thinking foldable aren’t really worth it, like you said you could get a separate tablet for the same price nearly if not cheaper.
Don’t listen to him, they’re all fantastic cases and I’ve been using them for ages - prior to Spigen even reaching out. No obligation here to tell you you can’t go wrong with either. But the ultra hybrid is a nice case.
I have a fold 3 and was waiting for black friday discount to get the fold 6. Now that it's come to it I've had a change of heart and am waiting for the S25 Ultra in a couple of months instead. The reality is that I spend most of my time with the phone closed, and it just isn't that practical due to the weird aspect ratio.
I usually use both Samsung and Apple flagships every year at the same time. I had the S24 Ultra, gave it to mi wife and jumped for the first time into foldables, The Z fold 6 is a very matured and refined foldable phone, the experience has been really great for me, actually having a narrower phone is not bad, very pocketable and still the front screen is very usable. Cameras as not being as powerful as the S24 Ultra are still very decent and provide good videos and pictures (you have to understand that not everybody is a tech geek like most of us here), regarding the battery life it depends on your daily activities and lifestyle, in my situation I end up with 50% battery around 12:30 at night so is very good IMO. No regrets here, very fun phone to use, and one more thing.... the Samsung Dex is here as well, which turns this phone into a full blown PC, best functionality on a Samsung phone.
I own s 23 ultra and thinking about switch for fold6..any suggestions?my concern is about dust resistance (sometimes i work in dust environments) and resolution ratio for videos and x box game pass atc. Any advice?
I went from s23 to the fold. I love it. Battery is definitely an issue though if you are a medium to heavy user. I don't watch TV so this was a great purchase for me
I think that tech tubers who purchase every generation of a device might be more negative because they've had the last iteration and have higher than normal expectations for the latest generation. Plus all of the "hype" or "prototypes" of what the next gen could potentially be in between generations along with all of the leaks also builds the high expectations so I can see why tech tubers feel like the latest generation of a device then falls flat for them. If I went from the Fold 3 to the 4 to the 5 to the 6, I guess I wouldn't feel like there was much of a change, but coming from the Fold 3 or 4, I can see the massive change with the Fold 6. 🤷🏻♀️
I lave fold 5 and I was on the fence about upgrading. Is it worth upgrading from 5 to a 6? I like you video explaining the difference between the 5 and 6. Walker
Until they start with the trifold the inside desplay isnt much bigger than the s24 ultra in landscape mode. Not enough of a difference to warrent the price of the fold. And the lack of S-Pen on what is supposed to open into a tablet just makes no sense. Ill consider a folding phone when they work out these issues and fix the crease problem.
Thank you so much for your great content and very honest review of the Z Fold6. I appreciate your sheer candor, especially since you are a big Z Fold supporter and user. I daily drive a Z Fold4 and refuse to upgrade until the hardware of Samsung's Z Fold lineup matches at least its chinese counterparts, which are even cheaper in price. Thank you, and keep up the great work in your reviews.
Recently went from s20ultra to the zfold6, and it 100% feels like a downgrade. I should have done more research. The battery is inferior, the sms app is horrible and my old one isn't available to download, finger print scanner on the side is ok but annoying for the way I'll use my phone most of the time. I will say the exterior screen does look crispy though, but the whole thing feels like a downgrade from a 4 year old phone, which is sad...

I'm in my first week with the ZF6. I too love the Spigen Zero cases. I enjoyed one on my S23U, and was pleased to find one for the ZF6. I also recommend the IMBZBK screen protector kit. It features protection for both inner and outer displays, and the lenses, but with the Spigen case, the lense protector is too large. I'm still getting used to a smaller outer display, typing is a bit tougher with my large hands. This is my first folding phone in over a decade, and I am pretty pleased. The crease doesn't really bother me. I have found the battery to be pretty great when not having heavy apps running in the background. The inner screen on One Plus you showed really looked amazing. Price on the ZF6 is way too high in my opinion, and I am very fortunate to have mine provided by my employer. Nice video!
The best thing about the zfold series is the slim, easy to hold and pocketable size. Thats what appeals to me most in a foldable. I just traded my z fold 5, 512gb for a 1tb zfold 6 and paid $449. Definitely worth it.
The thing with the cameras on the Fold6 is that this is the third year in a row that Samsung's used them, as they were on the Fold5 AND the Fold4. And *for me*, that was a downgrade when the Fold4 was new and I had the opportunity to upgrade from my S10+! (I went with the S22 Ultra) Doesn't seem like they're going to make them any better, either. The inner screen...it's pretty disgraceful that it's gettin' whooped by an almost one-year-old phone (OnePlus Open aka Oppo Find N3, which came out October 2023).
I wanted the fold 6, but the price to value just isn't there. The Ultra packs so much punch for half the price, but at least to me feels terrible in the hand. The 24+ feels great but I have a hard time getting excited for it as it feels like the same old thing released by every manufacturer every year. Guess I am waiting until next year to see if Samsung can release something worth getting excited about.
@@Anamae5451 It really is though, feels so good and is packed to the top with great features for a great price. Soon as I talk myself off the ledge of a fold 6, that is likely what I will pick up. No way I can wait an entire year haha.
@@uneCENT Just wait. I really wanted the fold 6 as well but I'm waiting to see if the rumors are true of Samsung wanting to release an ultra fold. It undoubtedly would be better and for me the best way to start my fold experience 😊 rn I'm happy with my s24 plus 😁
2 years ago I got a galaxy z fold 4 and I'm at the point where I'm about ready to upgrade to the galaxy z fold 6. I'm happy to say after 2 years of having the galaxy z fold 4 I didn't run into as many problems as I have on my previous phones so I'm kind of excited to upgrade it.
How long have you had your ZF4? I just got mine about 3 weeks ago and I love it my biggest gripe is the battery and charging system. Even with a fast charger it still takes about an hour 15 to get to full and then the drain can be down 15% in a little over an hour. Without a fast charger it takes like 2+ hrs to charge.
@JayDeePLUS-BEATZ I've had mine for over a year and a half now. I would say the same thing. The battery system sucks. Also I had my phone replaced twice because of the black line of death. Hopefully it won't happen on the 6.
I got the first gen Z Fold and it was great but the integrated screen protector on bigger display was coming off. Then I got the Z Fold 3 and it was amazing but after many months I sold it to my friend after he opened his restaurant and didn't want to use a annoying Windows or MacOS laptop since Office 360 is annoying on linux. He still didn't had a issue with the screen protector on the big display. Now I got the Z Fold 6 with a lot of discounts where I pay for the 512gb version less than 1300$. I tested the phone at my local electronics market and it got better but I love the fact that I can just use the small display with one hand which is amazing and I used the bigger display only for video content consumption.
Yah, I would love to get this phone but in Canada it starts at $2565. Unreal.. Samsung does have allot of offers. I just missed one for 30% off.. Hey Valismind, if you thinking of selling yours I would be interested seeing you are in Canada as well..
Going from s22 ultra to the fold 6, the charging speeds are my only complaint. 25w through an ac charger and 10w through my anker prime power bank is abysmal.
I agree with your final thought, it's fun but frustrating. I have a Fold 5, and there's just not enought new or better justifying the higher price tag and an upgrade. I DID however buy a OnePlus Open because I thought the cameras were better, and SPOILER...they are better. The Fold 6 is beautiful, but for the $$$ it needs better cameras, and a lower price.
I got to mess with the 6 and it's great! Best foldable.. But i currently use the 4 and even with the trade in the price is near $1000. In every day use, i just don't know if I'd treat it much differently than what im doing now. Im ok keeping the 4 but congrats to all of you who got the 6!
I look at it to inform myself about it, and not because I already have a fixed opinion. I think the video is actually meant to be used to promote Google.😮
Get the full warranty if you buy one. 18 months after purchasing my Zfolf the speaker stopped working. Shocker-how many times can you bend wiring back & fourth until they break? I assumed Galaxy Z fold engineers were more intelligent than that. I should never assume. So zill forever use a Bluetooth speaker & ear piece to make calls. Yea! I LOVE throwing $ down a hole in the ground.
At least Samsung seems to realize they got too complacent. There have been huge deals on the fold6 lately, like $350 off no trade in and another $400+ off depending on color and spec. I think the biggest let down is the camera, however I am already super disappointed there is no 10x optical for any Samsung and the 10mp sensor with the 10x still keeps me from getting what I'd want out of one device on my s23 ultra. I just don't think if you want great shots that any camera on a phone is going to cut it yet, there are just too many sacrifices to fit the form factor. I'm hoping that the extra screen space is worth it and for decent photos, I'll just have real camera, like a sony rx100 for something compact that still does great shots. At least until someone makes an amazing camera phone, and hopefully a folding one too so I can ditch the tablet and camera and not make any sacrifice.
I think ima stick with the 5 for now. I think this thing will be competitive for the 4 years samsung promises to keep it updated. Also if youre one who pays for insurance if you break your phone and they cant find a replacement they upgrade you for the same price.
I've found the signal on mine absolutely garbage. I also have an iphone 14 pro and the 14 pro never struggled in some place the Z fold 6 struggles. This it's a deal breaker for me personally and calling samsung, they don't believe me or care. Probably going to sell.
I would not buy chinese foldables for OS and warranty. Samsung is way ahead in terms of the OS and warranty. Yes battery and better cameras is the only thing that needs to be updated. For me cover screen is fine.. And i traded my flip 5 and got it for CAD $1500 plus taxes..
I don't regret mine at all. My phone provider gave me 1200 off. I had the iPhone 14 pro max . The photos looks just as good if not better in my opinion. Only the zoom isn't as good but I'm not missing anything because zooming in has never be been that great anyways. When it's open its just as wide as all the other fold phones that have larger dimensions because of the height. You will see when watching videos and using samsung really did an amazing job. Especially when using multi screen apps and gaming or using dex. Which I use almost every day.
🌟 I appreciate the review. I caught it late, watching on my fold 6. I love to have a all in one device. I bought a tablet a few years ago for myself. It ended up getting taken over by my kids 😅. I upgraded from the fold 4. I love this thing. (Edited to add the 🌟) 😂

Did he hit a nerve?
this is actually very helpful thank you
I'm still on the fold 3. I keep my phones about 4 to 5 yrs. I'll probably grab a new 1 on the 7 or 8.
Absolutely love this phone. Best samsung fold yet and I've owned the 4,5 and 6. I need that black wallpaper
The black wallpaper is apart of Jhawks wallpaper pack, but it’s paid so I can’t just give it away I’m sorry 😭
Can you share the link of the wallpaper pack so that we can buy
18:00 yes you very much could, but what's easier and more convenient to get (you're own words) more or less the same experience? 2 separate devices that both need to be charged and takes up space, likely even requires a bag or case to carry it around, as well as the chargers, or just one device that folds up and fits in your jeans pockets?
Very true! I don't even understand why you make that comparison as a reviewer. The point of the Fold is that you have a tablet in your pocket.
Can i ask what clock widget you're using?
I have come from an iPhone to the fold 6 and love it!
Been thinking of doing the same. I’ve got a 14 pro max. Just kinda wanna get something different I guess. I still ove my iPhone.
Same here! Over 15 years iPhone user giving Samsung another try. To each of their own there are things that's better than one over the other. But overall I am liking the Fold 6 more and more.
@@Halo13Echo i switched to the z fold6, galaxy watch ultra and the buds 3 pro and I'm loving it. Only thing I really miss is FaceTime.
Well anytime u leave i phone to android its always a come up
Same ❤
I have the fold 3 and I love it. Getting the 6 asap ....hope I love it more...
you will, i had fold 3, i still have my fold 3 but i also got the 6, its amazing and well worth it!
This will be my first folding device. As a fold 3 owner, how has the screen held up? Did it break at all?
I love mine. The weight is definitely a plus, and it runs a lot cooler than my fold 5. the 5 sometimes felt like it was going to catch on fire or overheat when I played games that ran the cpu to its max. It also felt like my fold 5.
I bought mine on black Friday the 256gb for. 1400 and then got a 250 dollars store credit for my old s22 ultra so im very happy at. 1200 ish after. Phone case and screen protector. One thing I do hate is my case. Do you have a link to a good case?
1900? I paid $750 with an iphone 13pro and student didcount program.
Super worth it for me. And i love it. 😊
From s21 ultra to zfold4 to zflip5 to s 23 ultra to 24 ultra to now fold 6. I have a lot of great things to say about this phone, except the charging speed. 25 w is iphone like speed and its disgusting.
Right? I have the 24 ultra and fold 6. The ultras 45 watt is so much faster that I never worry about battery. This one kind sucks after having that
Not trying to defend them too much here but a lot of consumers don't know a lot about phone batteries so they often use the phone while it's charging.
Same i like it so far
Got this phone 1 week ago, i am a non tech Gen X'er, and i am very happy with it!
Where did you get your case from?
It's a phenomenal phone, but it's not for everyone. I love my S Ultra series, couldn't see giving it up for a foldable and I have an Honor Magic V2 Global but still use my S24 Ultra 99% of the time
@samanthamarasca8864 have you used a foldable from Samsung? How does the software from the honor compare to Samsung. Is a change worth it?
@@MegaIceman66 I have, I love one ui but I just can't get the hang of the outer screen even if its improved this year. One thing that I do love and I believe it is a Samsung only thing is that you can have 2 totally different layouts from outer to inner screen with Samsung, the other foldables mirror the outer
Currently on fold 5 , 6 arriving tomorrow excited 😊
On the one plus open is that a standard wallpaper? the person sitting in the boat? How can i put it on my fold?.?..?.
It’s not a standard wallpaper it’s from the Walli app
amazon price for covers might be high , i got one that finally stopped blocking right side text & on the right side, i couldn't raise up volume oh the 1 i got from Amazon didnt protect my phone the middle part got damage afte i drop it phone damage , just really check yoyr cover from on / off switch ,te ting fully not covered by LEFT side ...where you cant text or copy because its being covered by screen cover
Thanks!
No, thank you for the support!!!
It tries to be a working phone/business phone but you can't use Spen on the front screen, like why?
right now the fold 6 is on sale for 1400 something and they're giving you 1200 trade in for a galaxy s24 ultra. Should i try it?
My fold 3 finally gave up after 3 years. Main screen stopped working(no display). I feel I can't go back to traditional phones after 3 years of using a foldable, but at this price point, I would love it if the phone lasts for atleast 5 years. I am still using the front screen and waiting for the launch of s25 ultra.
This is the perfect phone to do a line on at a party!! You should do a powder test 😅😅
You can definitely do some good size rails off of that bad boy.
@@expeditionlimitless1337 especially off the little crease in the middle.
Lol
Coming from iPhone 14 Pro Max , got bored of iOS. Had iPhone since iPhone X. Just personally love s24 ultra , but feel like it would be better just to have a separate tablet. I’ve tried to find any good reason of having a foldable. But it’s been hard to convince myself. Plus I like the main screen being bigger, if they ever make the foldable with the same size as the ultra I might seeing it being an option. But right now I’m still thinking foldable aren’t really worth it, like you said you could get a separate tablet for the same price nearly if not cheaper.
And carry more devices around.....
Where did you get your day wallpaper widget?
bro, take out the glass protection on the inside screen and reflexes to the sunshine will be get better
I have the fold 5 and didn't see the point in the upgrade
Yea, me to nothing but a refresh smh
do you prefer slim armor or ultra hybrid one?
none of them
@@Voltar78 then which one?
Don’t listen to him, they’re all fantastic cases and I’ve been using them for ages - prior to Spigen even reaching out. No obligation here to tell you you can’t go wrong with either. But the ultra hybrid is a nice case.
@@srbell67 I prefer Samsung, spigen is too bulky

I have a fold 3 and was waiting for black friday discount to get the fold 6. Now that it's come to it I've had a change of heart and am waiting for the S25 Ultra in a couple of months instead. The reality is that I spend most of my time with the phone closed, and it just isn't that practical due to the weird aspect ratio.
Where did u get the clock face
I have 24U. Always wanted a folding phone and am planning to switch to Fold 7 next yr. Not so much for Fold6 .. at least i'm not sold
I am curious to know why people compare phones that they do not like.😏
I lave fold 5 and I was on the fence about upgrading. Is it worth upgrading from 5 to a 6? I like you video explaining the difference between the 5 and 6. Walker
How did you get it to say Monday and Twelve 33 on your home screen?
KWGT Widget :)
Who cares how STUPID.... mommy Mommy look what I did with my phone
When will it be possible to play ps5 games on mobile... Would love to hook up a controller and NBA2K game
Just use something like GeForce Now.
If you have a ps5 you can already do this via the app. Works perfectly

@@Unknown_Handle404 Very nice!
Nice video!
I have the s22 ultra had it for 3 years and In love it I'll wait for the s25 ultra
S24 plus is 🔥
@@Anamae5451 It really is though, feels so good and is packed to the top with great features for a great price.
Wish they'd put a display on the back and make the exterior the unfolded display.. Surface duo style
I appreciate this review...i will be upgrading soon...but im rocking with my Z fold 4 for just a little bit longer.
I've had a fold 4 for nearly two years and I'm not a delicate person and it's held up fine and wouldn't upgrade unless it broke
Going hold out for the S25Ultra. The Folds lackluster cameras kill it for me.
Ok thanks for sharing
If you want good cameras, why not just get a camera?
Yah, I would love to get this phone but in Canada it starts at $2565. Unreal.. Samsung does have allot of offers. I just missed one for 30% off.. Hey Valismind, if you thinking of selling yours I would be interested seeing you are in Canada as well..
Very Deep n honest review ❤
Going from s22 ultra to the fold 6, the charging speeds are my only complaint. 25w through an ac charger and 10w through my anker prime power bank is abysmal.
Nice to see an honest review. Thank you!
My friend has one and it looks terrible. Right down the middle it looks like plastic that you’ve bent back and forth to much.
I got to mess with the 6 and it's great! Best foldable.. But i currently use the 4 and even with the trade in the price is near $1000. In every day use, i just don't know if I'd treat it much differently than what im doing now. Im ok keeping the 4 but congrats to all of you who got the 6!
I guess you can buy all that stuff but have to carry all of them. Its part of the advantage of the phone. Great video.
Only advantage...but then major disadvantages show up like too fragile
Way overpriced
Lacks too much
I look at it to inform myself about it, and not because I already have a fixed opinion. I think the video is actually meant to be used to promote Google.😮
no built-in SPen is still a mehhhh... 😅 mediocre camera, meeehhhh 😅
I still hate the crease. That turns me off from getting one.
Excellent review, appreciated.
I like the fold 6.
I think ima stick with the 5 for now. I think this thing will be competitive for the 4 years samsung promises to keep it updated. Also if youre one who pays for insurance if you break your phone and they cant find a replacement they upgrade you for the same price.
I have Gemini as my voice Assistant on my galaxy S10 for God sake
Love my Z FOLD!!
What is the best functional phone with the best battery life?
I've found the signal on mine absolutely garbage. I also have an iphone 14 pro and the 14 pro never struggled in some place the Z fold 6 struggles. This it's a deal breaker for me personally and calling samsung, they don't believe me or care. Probably going to sell.
Damn so should I say with my s23 ultra???? I've been debating for like a week

Not at all, just a disappointing phone call
Im so glad i dont take notice of youtube reviewers.
My experience with the fold4 Amazing phone. But 3 times hinge broken. I dont trust samsung anymore. Fold 4 had a design problem on the hinge.
My first fold phone, and I love it.
Great review!
Glad you enjoyed it
I would not buy chinese foldables for OS and warranty. Samsung is way ahead in terms of the OS and warranty. Yes battery and better cameras is the only thing that needs to be updated. For me cover screen is fine..
And i traded my flip 5 and got it for CAD $1500 plus taxes..
Thanks for letting us know it was a regret. I am not buying it now for me and my kids. You saved me $5,700.00 for 3 of these.
Good honest review
The price is the problem for what it's lacking compared to the ultra simple. Price it at $1200 and boom, we'll give it a try
I got mine for for 1200 with trade in
