  • Hello friends! I missed posting a video last Friday due to the holiday festivities but I am back. I want to wish you all the happiest of Holidays, I hope that you enjoyed yourselves.
After almost 3 years of eating animal based, I have finally narrowed down what animal based foods work for me, what doesn't, and also what non-animal based foods work for me. The list of non-animal foods is small and I had to figure this out through a lot of trial and error. Please keep in mind that this is my personal experience so it will differ from yours. I hope you enjoy this video, let me know if you have any questions at all!

Spent many years studying hunter gather eating habits. Over last 10,000 years humans seemed to have eaten high percentage meats fats with a few fruits, seeds, tubers and wild raw honey when they could find it. So glad to see you including alittle raw honey. Try adding a few wild huckleberrie/blueberries on your cheesecakes as they were part of the hunter gathers diet. Delicious!

Thank you- your information is motivation for me to get back onto the carnivore lifestyle. Started on keto 3 years ago, (type 2 diabetic) and I noticed huge improvement in body odour issues etc almost immediately. I have watched two or three of your videos and I have to say that what struck me first was how you just glow! Your skin is amazing. I've noticed that on other women who eat carnivore diets, including those closer to my age (65). Mine is pretty good for my age, not dry, not too many wrinkles. I eat mostly keto, two meals per day, weight within normal range and I wish I could go more carnivore. I don't care for beef, though I can eat if if I "doctor up" ground beef with cheese and toppings or cook stew meat for hours in the crock pot with a lot of seasonings so I can chew it. I eat mostly tuna, pork and chicken, some beef, eggs, bacon, a little dairy in the form of heavy cream in my coffee, cheese on my burger patty and one light Greek yogurt a day. Your flawless glowing skin is motivation to go more to the carnivore side and consume less of the other stuff.

My mother has dementia. I found out that one issue is restricted glucose to their brain. But ketones can get to the brain So I put a teaspoon of MCT oil in her tea and coffee. She improved a lot. Calmer and more talkative. Until her doctor found out and stopped it. Then my mother deteriorated. Her doctor didn’t know about MCT oil and didn’t want to know about it.

Hello! 👋🏻 Thank you for the information. It’s really helpful to know your experience of reintroducing foods. 💛 I have a little bit of info on food combining that might be helpful for you. When you do eat fruits, eat them by themselves and you will not have those digestive issues (loose stools, gas, etc.). The reason is because fruit digests faster than starches or meats, and when you mix everything together, then you kind of have this traffic jam situation in your guts. So eating fruit on an empty stomach, it can get in and out fast (15 min for watermelon, 45 min or so for banana, so papaya might be 30 min). Starchy veg, like squash, that takes maybe 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Chicken is about 2 hours, beef 4 hours, and pork 5 hours. Eating diff meats together is not that big a deal, but eating say beef and watermelon, esp fruit after meat, that fruit will be hanging back in your guts behind the meat in your digestive tract forming a lot of gas and pushing on the meat to get out! get out! and that’s why you get gas bloat and diarrhea. Not fun! 😅 So I’ve found, for me, regular vegetables like leafies with meat, those combine okay, but starchies like potatoes plus meat would jam me up, causing a slowdown and often constipation, too. Also not fun. 🙃 I’ve read, too, that starches and proteins need a different stomach environment to digest and when combined, the food doesn’t get digested properly and just goes through the system undigested, and that’s another reason for stomach troubles. There are lots of info on food combining online that can explain this better and in more detail. I just experiment and see what works together and what doesn’t. 🧡

I just realized some things when I watched this video. when I eat veggies, I get bloating bad and itchy head in spots, when I eat dark 95% chocolate, I get constipated, must have gluten in it or Soy even though very little sugar! I have tried to introduce foods and it does not work with me. I have Hashimotos Thyroid and SIBO so I guess I will just remain on a carnivore diet, I also noticed can't do supplements well either, so I have cut them out too! except for magnesium glycinate and Vitamin D3 drops as I am from Canada we need our Vitamin D. Having a bit more carbs puts water back in and boosts natural sebum production to pretty quickly de-age you there. So I will have a bit of fruit or honey each day to help maintain a more youthful appearance/complexion.

A tip given to me by a professional cleaner. To rid a household environment of moulds, fungi. bacteria etc, use 3 to 5 mls, (half to one teaspoon) of clove oil diluted in one litre, (one pint), of water. Mix well in a spray bottle, spray on and leave for half hour to one day, depending on the situation, then wash off. Use in bathrooms, refrigerators, counter tops- pretty much anywhere- but avoid breathing in the spray mist. It will help remove soap scum if left on for a day.

Next attempt at trying wheat source it from outside the US. While wheat is not a GMO crop it is sprayed with glyphosate at the end of the growing season so it will all die at the same time. Chances are good that it's not gluten intolerance but rather glyphosate intolerance. A couple of wheat flours I use are "00" Caputo I use for my pizza which is from Italy where Round-up is banned. I also make Roti out of sharbati atta whole wheat flour and is a product of India that has been making moves to curb the use of Round-up by banning the sale of it in some states. This also goes for products like rice, I love Jasmine rice and I make sure to source it from Thailand where glyphosate is banned. On a side note, there is a lot of evidence point to the link between Autism and glyphosate. Monsanto, now Bayer, has spent a lot of money to suppress any evidence of this harmful chemical which was originally designed and used to remove mineral deposits from boilers and pipes before being use as an herbicide.

I’ve noticed mine flare up related to the moon cycle….either due to hormones or the fact that parasites tend to flare up during the full and new moons. Mostly tho, it seems to be okish for a couple months, then flare up big time by month 2or 3 and the cycle repeats. The sun helps some, but when it flares, not much seems to help

You said that it's difficult to let go of coffee... Most coffee brands contain molds. Just to inform you if you're still having the mold toxicity. The BulletProof brand coffee is tested for molds - and a few other brands test their beans for molds as well... Have you tried that? I've discovered that I have MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) from covid and mold toxicity, and quitting coffee and after switching to a low histamine diet, my skin rash that I got after covid has improved tremendously.
Btw, I've just finished making a Tiramisu for New Years eve, and after seeing your videos about the carnivore diet, I'm determined to give the carnivore diet a try... starting from Monday next week... When there's no more tiramisu left :-D

Start with 3/4 caf, 1/4 decaf and progress to more and more decaffeinated. It’s likely the caffeine that’s making it difficult to kick, although the pleasure of a cup of coffee, especially with heavy cream, is understandable. “Grass fed” is a money making hoax. All beef is grass fed because ALL cows are allowed to roam and graze. “Grass finished” means the beef was not fattened at the end of its life with various grains. We do not need to fear cow that has consumed grains any more than we need to fear chicken or pork that has been fed grains because their body has processed the grain and has turned it to muscle and fat.
My uncle is a phD professor in food science and his specialty is salmon: how often we need to consume it and whether or not wild matters. The conclusions of his published studies is that salmon should be consumed twice per week and the amount of toxins in farm raised vs wild is not significant enough to counteract its good effects on health.
    Thank you for sharing!
Do you limit the amount you eat?

    • @CS-ct3ff
      @CS-ct3ff 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@@binary The studies show it is technically a lttle better but the studies show that eating any salmon, wild or farmed, is far superior for one's health than eating none. Fatty fish like salmon twice per week is recommended. More than twice and then the toxins can counteract the benefits.

Ive talked to dozens of people quitting coffee, and pretty much everyone reported it as just a shittier, less productive version of life. Done so myself.
Also if coffee is the one thing that makes it super easy for you to stick to a carnivore lifestyle, which is already 95% better than whatever else people are eating, I dont see a reason to risk 95% better for quitting coffee.
Some people also say they´re trying to kick seasonings, like pepper. Heck, if that lil thing makes you stick to a 95% better healthier nutrition, stick with it.
