@@justcallmebon2684 It's like go to the food 4 less, look at the sale section, you can buy pork ribs for $8 and a plate full of steak of $12. Make some barbeque pork ribs and steak in butter in one go. Then you have food for almost 4 days. But meat alone, it feels like its hard to go to the bathroom daily. So introduce cottage cheese with a little yogurt on top with blue berries. Small packet of almonds. Milk dud melted apple. Cheese. Drink gatorade or powerade zero. Diet cokes. All of those cheats within tiny moderation to add a little fiber. Also a multi vitamin and a calcium pill. Those are like little items to add variety. That way you can stay regular on the daily or every 1.5 days. Again these are little cheats. Been about a month, with exercise, this diet is a godsend for body builders who like the lean look. Lost about 12 pounds so far. If I cut out all the little cheats, I can probably cut 18 pounds, but i wouldn't feel bowel movements every 3 days is god for me. I could be wrong. But by far, its like , wake up, eat a fist sized piece of steak.. on the road some sausage beef jerky... maybe in a cool lunch box, a hamburger patty. It's cool to see results with this new diet.. My face feels slimmer too, 6 pack came back. When ur on carnivore and cut body fat, u start to notice how fat other people are, lol. Cool thoughts when i think to myself, my body has no carbs, so it's burning fat as fuel.. How cool is that. But listen to your body. Im not an expert. I live in Los Angeles btw. I feel like an outcast.. Cuz i don't know anyone who's on carnivore. Its my little secret. Like my secret that im carnivore and like trump.

I got down to 88 lbs and almost died before the “carnivore” reset; but THAT reset was the beginning to my amazing health today; now I can tolerate a lot more things and have had a very healthy baby and another on the way! 💪🏼 I did carnivore before it was a thing 😂 10 years ago! I'm anxious to try the carnivore diet but I'd rather wait until I've given birth first (won't be able to handle keto flu and fat adaptation in my condition; plus I'd rather not take any risks). I'm planning on trying carnivore out the moment I give birth, so for my next pregnancy I'll be able to compare which was easier. I've followed a carb and sugar heavy diet my whole life; although a few years back, I tried out alternate day fasting and lost tons of weight. I also suspect I'm intolerant to gluten. Whenever I cut it out of my diet, I feel great.

Hey, I lost a bunch of weight by just being very aware of what I was eating. I stopped eating anything with added sugar. Started reading labels and considering if the eat was worth the value. I use stevia for a sweetener.
Basically I eat vegetables, meat, eggs, fruit. I will eat desert during Sunday dinner.
No bored eating allowed. No mindless eating allowed. I drink mostly water and a diet cola per day.
No processed foods, no fast food.
I also got some bloodwork done at my Dr. to check for anything that I needed to be aware of.
I did try atkins yrs back and it did work. Until the convenience of the drive-thru became a downfall. I would basically sabotage myself by getting more food than I needed and just making myself feel terrible. Or buying junk at the dollar store and just mindlessly eating.
For me, I just had to really be aware of what I was actually doing. Each day, be aware of what you are eating and what your goals are.
You can Not outwork or out-exercise a bad diet.

Great video just found you a few days ago , just thought I would share with your viewers that I have been carnivore for 2 yrs now, had arthritis so bad in my knee, hip, and back and 67lbs overweight. Needed 16 moringa capsules just to stop the throbbing in my leg, my leg was so stiff I could hardly bend it. In fact I bought a new SUV and when my daughter came over I let her drive it and she said mom your car is 6 months old and only has 1000 miles, that was because just to get up into it brought me to tears, so I let it sit in the driveway. I have had so many benefits for one I lost 67 lbs, but the joint pain persisted, until I gave up the sugar and got serious about eating meat products only. Also I went to the dentist with my daughter and he looked at my teeth and said you have 3 teeth with hard plaque do you want me to scrap it off, I said no thank you my new diet will take it off, he laughed and said thats impossible, I answered we will see, well it has all dropped off onto the table within 2 months. This diet is also age reducing to say the least, I cannot tell you how many times that I am out shopping with my daughter in the supermarket for one example where the girl said to my daughter do you want me to put your sisters food in your wagon also, she said my sister, thats my mother I gave the girl the thumbs up, she laughed so hard. Another time the door bell rang and this 20 yr. old asked me if my mother was home, I laughed and said I am the mother hahaha, My daughter is 52 I am 73 and my husband tells me honestly honey you are sexier now than when you were in your 50's fat sick and out of control with sugar. I could go on and on but it is the best diet for health and longevity I will never go back to eating plant base foods, seed oils, and grains again. Hallelujah! I have a facebook group of 58,000 people called Farmhouse decor, and another one called Effortless Change and I spread the word wherever I can.

Some days I have massive energy and calmness, and some days I think I'm still going through the process of my body changing over. We still have small treats, but I know that the meat is just creating insane changes in my life, and slowly my mindset is moving to actually being carnivore for life.

Wonderful for you & your man!!👏👏🙌🙌 Thank you for sharing, I'm so glad for you!! I was carnivore for 1 yr & I did ketovore last yr. I was 42 having thinning hair issues when I started. I had a manager at work that has been carnivore for several yrs & he lost over 130lbs. He started telling me about it. We would have long talks at work about all the meats we cook. lol
I watched Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Paul Saladino, Kelly Hogan, Laura Spath, Jill Samter & a few others on you tube. These were such a big help to me. I knew increasing my protein would help my hair issue so this started to make since to me. I saw other's success stories eating the carnivore way. I tried it for 3 months then I learned the hard way to add things back in small amounts. I did learn that potatoes will make me so bloated. So, I thought I was full but I was really bloated a lot. It was an immediate response just after eating some chips. On carnivore the sugar cravings were gone. I did add sugar back & I am ok with 3 Oreos. I also keep them in the freezer. I will have few dark chocolate baking chips. I learned I needed to change the way I have been taught to look & think about food. I was freeded from emotional eating!! I don't have to take naps all the time, like you said after work & eating! I now eat to sustain my life, no more stress eating & over indulging on the bad stuff. I don't need a starch nor a sugar filled comfort food anymore. But a great steak with some butter & a few pieces of broccoli with mushrooms, I'm in heaven.😊
I did just recently fall off the wagon & over did it. Eating sugar & carbs, stress eating. I'm tired more & started taking those naps again. I am getting back on the wagon today!!

I am fan of keto and haven’t try carnivore witch I am sure is great. I wanted to ask that what kind of meet you consume? Do you buy from the market or local farm or something? What do you think about different meats cus I have seen so far that carnivores are very strict about the quality of meat what is of course very good.

    • @ancestralhealing

I buy from a local grassfed/grass finished farm! Quality is very important to me as animals store their toxins in their fat so I want to make sure I am eating the best quality. Because the quality is so high, I cannot afford the expensive steaks and cuts but I find the more economical cuts do just fine for us (oxtail, ground beef, osso bucco etc.)

My first and most important improvement was the lack of constipation. Lifetime constipation had given me pelvic floor dysfunction and affected my bladder and bowels. I was in bed for almost a year while doctors gave me terrible drugs. One month on carnivore and I have so little residue to pass that my pain is resolving.

This is awesome!!! I just started a couple weeks ago and I've noticed big improvements so far. I also found that sauerkraut helped with the initial transition.

I love your attitude and your energy. Thank you for this information and your honest transference. I've been researching this diet for a while now but hesitant to try it as I grew up being taught that vegetarian and vegan were the preferred diets for good health but I just couldn't get over how unhealthy vegetarians and especially vegans looked, most of them. It just didn't seem to make sense to me. Luckily I already love eating meat so I'm hoping that it won't be too difficult of an adjustment but I do love sweets and veggies and fruits. But I'm hoping if I start seeing benefits like others are experiencing that will be all the motivation I will need. I'm wondering about the seasonings that would be ok to use if any.?

    • @Gesundheit888
      @Gesundheit888 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Salt. But many carnivores do use other seasonings. For me it depends on what meat I eat. With pork I like some ground caraway, with beef I use thyme, with bear I use cinnamon, with rabbit I use ground cumin etc. but mostly I use salt.

Your skin looks phenomenal! Just found you and subscribed. Just starting on this journey myself. Prompted by a kidney stone and shingles at the same time. It's been a miserable two weeks, the worst. When I stopped eating oxalates, (which gave me a kidney stone,) joint pain went away. Just still learning about eating carnivore. The science is sound. Look forward to enjoying the benefits.

That's awesome. Good for you and thanks for sharing. I've been ketovoring for almost 8 years and am healthier and stronger than ever (also been strength training consistently for about 11 years. I'm now 55), and the last 18 months I've been experimenting with a more carnivore diet upping my meat intake and cut out plants and fruits almost completely and feeling as great as I did on keto - where I ate moderate protein and some veggies and berries - if not even better. Always thought plants and fruits were necessary. Apparently not, at least on a carnivore diet/lifestyle.

Omg this is the Best video so far regarding Carnivore diet. I’m in my 5th day of 30 day Challenge. My biggest reason for trying is I was ALWAYS bloated so severely for over 15 years. I already feel little better n you’re video is very convincing to do it longer or possibly a lifestyle change.

the gum story about Daniel, love it. Inflammation is a systemic issue. Less inflammation in one area, less inflammation everywhere! When you notice less inflammation in one spot, just relish in the fact that you are decreasing inflammation everywhere ! even if you cannot notice it! Your future self thanks you! because that inflammation you couldn't feel then would surely irritate you in the future if you had kept up that bad way of eating/living. superb video!!

I started carnivore very recently and glad to hear it could promote hair growth. I lost a lot of hair a month after COVID and I have thin hair anyway.

I’ve been Keto for 7 months and I have been doing IF for 5 months and I have lost 55 lbs. I am strongly considering going carnivore to see if it improves my hair. I am 55 and feel like I am in my 30s again but I am always looking for what else I can do to keep improving.
