I bought a sun mix...the Neapolitan pizza dough made in the mixer and my Gozney make the best pizza I have ever had...forget about getting pizza out. Would love to see some more of your bread recipes. Those loaves look fantastic.

Just checked the Sunmix EVO6 great machine - I like the dough temperature sensor because one thing that can disturb gluten build up is if it gets too warm.
