The cool thing about this suburb is that the tram dovetails in verses intrudes. I like to see designated tram tracks as it doesn't interfere too much with traffic. What I might do differently being that metro does look more sleek in high density residential zones is make a train line instead of a metro for the residential.
Your double tram station might need some tweaking as it cause some issues down there 👇and it seems the tramstop on the other side is missing. All in all really nice neighbourhood if there are any sales let me know and I negotiate with my bank to get a nice plot of land :-)
You did not connect the new tram way to previous network, so it'll require a new tram depot. Wouldn't it be good to just X cross it on the loop you've made?

I have it on PS4 and PC. The key on console is to be patient and use the terraform tool to level terrain where needed, especially when building interchanges. One thing on the console that is much harder to do is detailing with the small bushes and props. It is really hard to get the bushes close together, the hit box for them feels larger on the console. Same with props.

It’s the DemandMaster Mod, it’s so when he zones buildings they pop up instantly for video purposes. It’s not required to build this though. :)
In a vanilla city, you have to encourage people to move in so the demand can go up naturally, with city services and entertainment
