The art style looks just like Ni No Kuni
But much lower in quality..
Isn't that game old like on the PS3 old. PS5 is almost here and Pokemon is still below a PS3 games level lol
EMDANAL ni no kuni original came out on 3ds and PS3 so yes it’s old, but because if it’s art style and the first game to partner with the legendary animation studio studio ghibli, it will always be a classic.

I find it gorgeous as it is and it'll probably not be full priced... So I'm okay with how it is. It'll probably be more inventive than what bif companies are doing anyway.
I agree as in the models could be a bit more polished, there's a couple rough corners and edges around.
But it looks very promising from the amount of areas, puzzles and enemies.
Rai yes. Just the main character models could use some work. And there are a few frames of animation missing here and there.
Overall tho I will definitely play this as long as it plays well on the switch.
Consider this game is being developed by two guys in Messina, a town in Sicily.

This is like Zelda, but with the art style from Ni No Kuni and I love it.

Kinda of reminds me of the first time I saw early Wind Waker footage. I'll say it's quite visually pretty but there's still something a little off to me personally; I think they could blend/match the more cel-shaded characters just a little better with the main traditional hand-animation painted-looking [although in 3D] background art style.

There's the obvious Ghibli vibe that makes me think Ni no Kuni, but weirdly the atmosphere makes me think more of Harvest Moon types like Rune Factory and Little Dragons Cafe, with puzzles more similar to games like Valiant Hearts and Inside.

Lovely art style!
It feels to me more like a King's Quest type of game with a little combat added in.
If you look up other screenshots of the game you'll see it has more Zelda elements. Even the heart containers and coin counter!
