I love the thumbnail I wish it wasn't click bait and I wish the battle encounters in the 2d version of dragon quest 11 looked like that, but I know they were going for nostalgia.

Me too although most of these appeal to me. Eiyuden Chronicle is the only Kickstart project I've ever backed and I sincerely hope it meets our expectations.

@@baerimbel2006 Kickstarter is a website where entrepreneurs who have an idea, but need money to fund their business can solicit investments from everyday people who believe in their project. Eiyuden Chronicle was started this way. Yoshitaka Murayama and other original creators of Suikoden shared a passion for their work on Suikoden and knew that there were many fans who wished the series had continued, including myself. They started a new game studio called "Rabbit and Bear" with the intention of making a successor to Suikoden and that is how Eiyuden Chronicle came to be. They didn't have enough money on their own to make the game, so they asked the fans to contribute/invest. It was very successful and the game will be coming out within the next year. I'm so excited.

Suikoden just literally just had me crying my eyes out from joy. Been waiting on that for a minute.
2:40 That sweet Neclord battle theme, one of the best in that game, the only other battle theme that comes close is Luca Blight's.

I've either backed, bought or wishlisted almost all of these games. The only one that seems a tad out of place is the RPGMaker one which just looks kind of meh next to the goldmine that is everything else. In either case I love your taste and have subscribed. Hoping to see more of this good stuff in the future. :)

I'm loving the resurgence of Motoi Sakuraba works.
A good list but I think that RPG Maker game at 8:36 feels a bit out of place here. It looks like all these other 100 RPG Maker games before and doesnt even use any original assets and has the RTP characters as maincast.

The biggest favor anyone can do for Sea Of Stars is to STOP mentioning Chrono Trigger! Let the game shine on it's own! Let new RPGs have their own identity! There's never going to be another Chrono Trigger.
I really want Sea of Stars and Octopath Traveler 2, Sea of Stars is coming out on August 29th! I played the demo Octopath Traveler 2, so fun, and I love Partitio! I'll wait until it gets discounted, because I'm not paying $59.99 for it on PS4.
