    people say, I don't have 10 or 15 minutes to sit and listen or view this stuff, but I tell you this, you may learn more in one session with Dr. Gundry, than you did or would at 2-3-4 semesters in medical school

      W-I-L-D exaggeration! Are you kidding?

      Med schools are not teaching gut health and thus completely behind on new information @@littleoneprodigaldaughter275

      @@littleoneprodigaldaughter275certainly in terms of chronic illness, yes. Medical school trains you to treat acute illness and accidents. Very important and essential of course, but not about nutrition

      @@servingjesussinnersavedbyg8456 Agree that the doctor is a good and compassionate soul. But really. Do you fact check what you are learning?

      @@littleoneprodigaldaughter275lol you obviously don't have a science background if you think people can just 'factcheck' nutritional science 😂

      @littleoneprodigaldaughter275 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      What then is the basis for the abundance of nutritional advice - much of it contradicts - between "practioners". How do you decide what to accept/believe?

      @@littleoneprodigaldaughter275 while I agree w you in part, I always say never throw out the baby with the bath water.
      I think the best advice one can give is bottom line, what does it come down to? Is it working, or not.
      In other words - what works for you, (body type, foods, exercise, emotions, etc) it's not a one size or one program fits all.

    The fact that Dr Gundry is in many famous people's pod cast is clear indicator that he talks sense, and people that put him down are dense and lack knowledge.

    What are your thoughts on mushroom coffee?

  • @nowayjose6700
    @nowayjose6700 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Questions about coffee: You talked about brewing coffee for a long time, like Turkish coffee, because it extracts more polyphenols. Do you know of any analysis of cold (room temperature) brewed coffee with a 12-14 hour brew time? I might be mistaken, but I think I recall that brewing coffee at boiling rather than the "preferred" 200° F damages some polyphenols. True or wrong?
    Many thanks for all you teach me.

    A lot of people say you are a quack. But food is going to have a tobacco moment. Not too long ago doctors recommended tobacco for lung health. Once research into gut microbiome will accelerate, it will be clear that you are ahead of your time.

    You should do a podcast about the baby switching that is done in the hospital system. I’m getting that 1/5 of the population are actually born into the family they go home from the hospital with. So, approximately 4/5 th’s of humans have, as a result, the incorrect information on their birth certificate and thus, haven’t yet met their real family. I’m certain most ppl would like to meet their real families. Can you see the lawsuits coming???????

    I found interesting arguments against eating mushrooms in Jainism which revolves around where and how they are grown, long story short they grow on death.

      @@rayrwyr Got me off potatoes and onions. Turns out you should view onions as more of a medicine than a food staple because of the affect in the gut and on mental health; reminded me of those weird incel groups about a decade ago which promoted eating raw onions daily, guess someone wanted people to be continually pissed off.
