Wisdom is like a smile, it is MUCH more valuable if you share it. Thanks Dr Gundry for sharing. The least we can do is like and comment on your video to boost its views! These health tips also help all of society since health care costs decline as our health improves!

Wisdom is like a smile .... I love that and I'm stealing it from you. Thanks. Also these health tips are invaluable as "health" care is now mostly "drug company" care as, in my experience, doctors are more interested in prescribing something rather than give a diagnosis or try to get to the root of the problem or actually make you feel better. I often wonder a) what happened to the caring profession? and b) Why do people become doctors in the first place - to help people or help their bank balance and sadly I believe it's the latter in most cases.

Dr. Gundry, My wife and I are new disciples of your menu, podcast, and you tube videos. I used to be slim and fit til about age 56. The last 10 years I took a siesta and went from 157 to 274. My wife had High Blood Pressure, developed diabetes 2, among other issues aches and pains, osteo arthritis. We went from pizzas, pies and sodas daily, to no sugar, no bread, a No Lectin diet.
My wife has lost 17 lbs. over past 3 months, and we both are feeling so much better eating sauerkraut with most meals, eating things we hardly ate before - pistachios, walnuts, Brazil nuts.
Every time I listen, I feel that I learn at near 70 semesters of schooling nearly each session. We just became subscribers to Bio-Complete, Total Restore and Active Advantage. Can you take all these every day, or should we space it out.
Thank you for your help, we now use Goat milk, Goat yogurt, eat greens, we never did that, and are getting better each day. I was so surprised to learn cut macadamia nuts are already rancid, does anyone sell whole ones. Winco even Mauna Loa appear cut.
We even went from Stevia and Monk Fruit to Allulose and we drink coffee with only MCT in it.
I wish we lived in So. Cal again, we definitely would had visited your Santa Barbara office. God bless for helping so many. I know you are busy, so would be surprised to hear from you.

Great video! I love Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) because it’s like a swiss army knife for health! It helps with digestion, balances blood sugar levels, supports weight management, and boosts the immune system. Plus, it’s a natural way to improve gut health-which affects everything from energy to mood. I’ve tried it, felt the benefits, and now I can’t go without it. Whether it’s a quick shot in the morning or adding it to meals, ACV just works!" 🍎✨

Dr. Gundry, they did research on a 10 minute total workout. They found if you went full out on bike or run for 20 to 30 seconds, then rest/recover for 2 minutes and repeat 3 times. They found that people lost as much weight, gained as much muscle, as someone that did 45 minutes of moderate exercise. I'm going with the 10 minute thing!

Actually kefir has the same amount of acetic acid as vinegar does per same volume (good luck drinking 200 ml of vinegar while it's very easy to drink a litre of kefir so you would get 5 times acetic acid). But kefir also has thousands more things and live bacteria which no vinegar ever has.

Dr. Gundry, some people are now expressing skepticism towards the Blue Zones concept, calling it misleading or oversimplified. Critics argue that the focus on diet as the key factor in longevity is overblown, and the true reasons behind longer lifespans in these regions may have more to do with genetics, lifestyle, environment, or even the misreporting of data (like exaggerated ages). Some even suggest that the modern diets and processed foods in these areas today further complicate the narrative.
In short, many feel that the Blue Zones concept has been romanticized and doesn't tell the full story of longevity.
