The movie, Wet Side Story (1962) from Teen Beach Movie, is based on West Side Story (1961), which is based on Romeo and Juliet (Shakespeare; I like the 1968 version with Olivia and Leonard (the dude who looks like Troy Bolton from High School Musical)) Lela and Tanner are one of my favorite (if not my favorite) couple in the entries Disney universe. They're very cute together, and I love how they support each other and get through anything since they're meant to be together
