30 minutes a month can change your life . To see if you are aligned with and focused on your goals and habits you want to create . 1 . Look at the past month , the present moment and the future month . Ask yourself what went well , what were my wins in the past month , what were my best moments , challenges of the month and journaling about that , reviewing my journal entries - my mindset , new things I have learnt , notice the patterns , ideas , problems and their solutions . 2. The present moment - self care - taking exquisite care of yourself , your sleep , diet and exercise - grade yourself on a scale of one to ten on these . Remind myself I am aiming for an eight , progress not perfection . Look for ways to improve . Brain dump - write down everything in my head - to dos , incomplete things , things you need to buy or sell , appointments you need to make . Give yourself a few minutes and just sit quietly and think if you have missed anything . Delete , automate , delegate , ask for help , make it fun and get it done . Put not so important tasks on a parking list . Batch similar tasks , set routines and stack habits together so that things happen on autopilot . 3. Future - ask myself what do I have coming up in the month ahead - events , appointments , work schedules etc. what do I need to do to prioritize my health this month ? What do I need to do to be less stressed - small and easy changes . What joyful activities I am going to do this month - go shopping or a massage , a beautiful walk . Quality time with your loved ones , guilt free relaxation . What can you do to treat yourself this month maybe wearing your favourite outfits . What habits will I track this month that will me to move towards my goals . ❤
I want to start walking daily again. Thank you for the reset! June has been a weird month and the last few days were yucky. I’m getting back on track in July!
Thanks for sharing and the free guide! Looking forward to trying this for end of Sept & beginning of Oct to be intentional with the last 90 days of the year!
Can you make a video on the situation where you have lost interest in everything and you don’t know how to get out of it. That would be really helpful for me. Thanks
I love this! Last year, I started setting quarterly goals which takes a bit of stress off rather than having to jam everything into one month. These are great questions!
I do write down 3 things I'm greatful for everyday, but what else would you suggest doing for good mental health, I do a brain dump, I also plan weekly, and a habit tracker. I guess more self care as a priority. Or does journaling help you? I make lots of lists, things to do, meal planning ect.
I´m not the one you asked, but maybe you find this suggestion useful: In addition to things I´m grateful for, I also list my wins for the day and one small thing that would have made my day a bit better :-)
Hello, I will choose a career this summer and I want to be a doctor, but there is a topic that confuses me: artificial intelligence. How do you think artificial intelligence affects doctors? Will the need for doctors decrease?
Genuine question …. Even with all your tips , I am struggling to see how you personally fit in downtime when you have two jobs ?? If you just did one of the jobs then yes, but a doctor and a coach … I hope you really do put the things you teach us in to practice for your own health and wellbeing x
Thank you! Yes I absolutely do 🥰 thank you for asking. I don't work full time as a doctor, so I have a lot of time to work on my business and have free time!
@@SarahNicholls literally just watched your self care video and your words about your brain telling you , you don’t have time etc. and I was like aaaahhh that’s how she does it!! ❤
