@@alanikeiser When that happens, it's a good place for us to stop and really listen to our needs (body, mind & energy). And maybe also digging deeper into what's behind the feeling of not caring about anything 💜
Wow love this. Thanks for this, didn’t know there was a term for this 🙏 Usually, I take a while to let myself process things and just not be hard on myself for not being as fast as others.
Not sure how many times I had to pause and contemplate the words as it was so powerful and hold so much depth. Thanks a lot for the video. Subscribed immediately. Amazing work.
❤❤❤thank you for sharing with us I am hsp and it seems like the older I am getting the more hs I am, I really just prefer to be by myself I feel calm and happy, I don't feel lonely at all, solitude is not loneliness and people don't understand this❤❤
Decided to watch this while eating lunch and started to work on my computer at the same time. The way i intentionally slowed down when you explained mindfulness and not rush yourself when completing tasks. I suddenly feel alot more calm. Thank you for this video!

I haven’t done any self care in a very long time. I’m in a strange place at the moment; I am lazy and I feel like I just don’t care about anything.

Sounds like you are burnt out. Try implementing something small for just 5 minutes at the easiest time. Even when you go to the bathroom. ❤
An emotion is energy in motion. Love this! Makes a lot of sense. Thank you 💛

9:54 I love this last point because it helps me to feel safe; especially an uplifting series.
Safety is the keyword isn't it ☺️

What are some of your favourite self care habits? 💕
Reading, listening to soothing music, and enjoying nature in a quiet atmosphere... help me attract more spiritual energy.
