Gr8 content.....Would you recommend that for executive roles if possible the candidiate can prepare and present a short ppt to the Board based on their research on the company and the role and how the candidate can be a strong leader in that role including sum background of the Companys challenges and how the candidate can lead to them overcoming those. That would be really impressive and as u said would psychologically allow the Board to envision you already in that role
