I used a bamboo skewer and it worked! There was a balled up piece of white string that I discovered after pushing down for a few seconds!

Nothing works to fix the slow trickle of water coming from the cold water tap. Also, there is no option to speak with anyone when we call your phone number, and your email address bounces back. How are we supposed to fix this if we can’t contact you?

Our support email address is [e-mail] - Please reach out to our support team to address these issues. The email address ends in h2o, often times confused with h20. Please make sure it is an o for oxygen, not H 2 0.
