Hello, the same day the water flow from the cold water tap slowed down and stopped completely. The procedures here did not work. I manually pumped the hose that transfers water to the cold water tap and pressurized the water flow as before. And now it works like the first day. I bought it exactly two years ago and I think I extended its life by two more years 😀 I hope it will be a useful solution for you too.

You really don't need to buy this product. All you are really doing is cleaning the system with citric acid solution. Do what she says, but it's not necessary to follow all the steps exactly. Some of them waste a lot of time. Easier steps: 1.) Turn off the supply (both at the source and in the filter cabinet 2.) Drain the unit of water out of the cooler. 3.) Wipe out the inside of the cooler with a paper towel to remove any excess buildup. You do not need to remove that plastic thing inside. 4.) Pour food grade citric acid powder directly into the tank. This kit costs like $30. A bag of citric acid at the store costs like $2. 5.) Turn the supply back on, and let the cooler sit for about an hour. Let the citric acid get everywhere it needs to go. 6.) Run each spout for like 3 minutes each side until the water no longer tastes a bit sour. (It's literally just citric acid, it's in everything). Done

the water probe assy sucks. No click, then you have a couple of inches of water left on the bottom.

water leaked all over the floor from the water cooler last night. Now after opening the tank over, the wires and seal are intact. I replace the cover back. Now the whole water cooler is dead. No lights on. No water being dispensed despite a full 5 gallon tank being loaded in the bottom and the door firmly closed. This is a a terrible experience. No wonder they don't want to talk to you on the phone. They communicate only via email.

Your leaking issue is likely due to POORLY MANUFACTURED joints where tubes/pipe meet the primary tank... Water clearly leaks from the upper portion of the cooler, drips onto the top galavanized shelf, spills over and down onto the condenser, fills the bottom tray and then out of the unit... Mine spilled onto my wood cabinet, then covered a pretty good section of my floor... It forced me to obtain a tray deep enough to place the entire unit in... All hoses were checked for fit issues, new cable ties and clamps added and still it leaked. The only explanation then is bad joints or condensation issues as a result of a bad thermometer. Considering turning off the heater and chiller didn’t resolve the problem, I'm pretty confident the issue is what I stated earlier.

These machines have an issue that will keep them from dispensing. They have a plastic cover that covers the switchboard, this cover tends to unclip and gets caught in between the buttons and connecting rods that actuate the dispensing. A simple fix is to uncover the top of the machine and push it back in to place.

I have Avalon A3 bottom loader and the top water container under the top hood is frozen, I let it melt and then it worked but then it refroze again the next day, anyone knows what’s up with that?

Watch out for the drain outlet, the water can shoot a few feet out of that when the tank is full! I just scalded my leg a tiny bit with hot water. Too bad I didn't watch this video first! You can see in this video that the draining water overshoots her bucket, too... 4. Happy with my Avalon water dispenser, anyway...

I have the same machine and use a 15 liter bottle and the water isnt pouring. So 1) is 15 liter to much ?

It’s the ice build up that’s restricting the flow for the cold water dispenser. This happens with many different brands and models. Solution is to turn off the cold water switch in the back for a few hrs and it will start dispensing again.
