Did you notice a buzzing sound on your unit? We just got ours and it buzzes loud whenever hot or cold switch is on. Doesn't seem to stop until switched off and on and it'll start again after a few mins. Sort of annoying
I actually end up returning mine for a full refund After 6 months of using it. dispenser was $349 you have to change the filter every six months its $110 with tax and i test the water wit a gadget i purchased from amazon and water ends up worst then the water from the faucet

Ours was beeping after we changed our second filter if there is s buzzing sound it’s probably because water isn’t going through
