As soon as you mentioned Miderma. I was in shock. Because i use the clear patches. Cut them to size and put them on at night. Then in the daytime. I add new patches. Since I work from home. I have them on for multiple times. Only thing that has worked for acne scarring for me.

Can I use it on 10 year old surgery scar
I tried a lot of the creams and even steroid shots for my surgical scars. The opposite happened. My keloids exploded with a vengeance. I just had a 4 hour surgery last Friday to remove them. Now I'm having radiation treatments to hopefully help keep them from coming back. 🦋

Keloids are the same thing as hypertrophic scars, or so. They form due to an excess healing, I believe. A good surgeon can remove them from your skin depending on their location. On the chest it is not possible, only injections; however, check for secondary effects, such as gaining weight. I had on my knees and legs and they faded away with mederma and time. I had a big one on my elbow and it was operated, due to a motorcycle accident, you can barely see it. If you, sometime, go in for surgery you must tell your doc about your keloid healing skin; however, you will not always heal in the form of a keloid, but you must be preventive and use a cream after a surgery. I don't remember the name of this cream. I have had great results thanks to my docs.

I got accident and i have 5 stitches on right side of chin and the beard of the chin gone peeled when the nurse removed the bandage which was tied not to get swelling in my face .That bandage got removed after 2 days. So the skin above the stitches gone peeled and look pink , so please answer me the skin will be normal as it was before or it gonna be a scar for Life time.
And the 5 stitches will be a scar or not and the beard will grow or not.....?
It may grow into a keloid, I grew a keloid on my philtrum and now I have to get shots so you should buy something to prevent it from happening
