    What is Boron?
Boron, a trace mineral found in the environment, has been gaining attention for its role in boosting testosterone.
    Foods High in Boron
Incorporating boron-rich foods into your diet is an effective way to ensure adequate intake. Some of the best dietary sources of boron include:
Fruits: Apples, pears, grapes, and avocados.
Vegetables: Broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, and potatoes.
Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds.
    Legumes: Beans, lentils, and chickpeas.
Other Sources: Honey, raisins, and wine.
Boron for Testosterone. Does Boron Increase Testosterone?
Boron is particularly notable for its role in enhancing testosterone levels. Testosterone is a critical hormone for both men and women, influencing muscle mass, energy levels, and overall vitality. In men, adequate testosterone levels are essential for maintaining muscle strength, sexual health, and overall well-being.
Studies have shown that boron supplementation can significantly increase free testosterone levels.
    Nothing boring about boron: ►www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti...
    Boron for Bone Health
One of the most well-documented benefits of boron is its positive impact on bone health. Boron aids in the absorption and utilization of calcium and magnesium, two minerals crucial for bone strength. Research indicates that boron supplementation can help prevent bone loss, making it beneficial for those at risk of osteoporosis, especially postmenopausal women.
Boron for Muscle Growth in Bodybuilders
For athletes and bodybuilders, boron’s ability to boost testosterone levels can be particularly beneficial. Increased testosterone can lead to better muscle growth, improved strength, and enhanced recovery times. Additionally, boron's role in bone health can help prevent injuries and improve overall performance.
How Much Boron to Take? Boron Dosage.
For individuals looking to address specific health issues, such as boosting testosterone or managing arthritis symptoms, higher doses of boron may be required. Studies suggest that a daily intake of 6-10 mg of boron can be effective for these purposes. However, it is crucial to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any high-dose boron supplementation.

I started taking a quality boron suplement a few years ago but had to stop taking it, bizarrely it gave me Achilles tendonitis so bad I had lumps like marbles on both tendons. They took ages to get right again. I tried taking it a few times after, but same result. That may be unique to me as we are all different.

Nice video timing, I just started taking boron again the other day. I had no idea that long-duration endurance activities were correlated with low T though. Guess you wont see me signing up for any marathons...

    • @ArsalanAspires
      @ArsalanAspires  หลายเดือนก่อน

Prolonged endurance exercise can trigger the release of stress hormones like cortisol, which can suppress testosterone production. But with that said, not all endurance athletes experience significant declines in testosterone, and individual responses can vary based on factors such as training intensity, duration, nutrition, and genetic predisposition. It's one you definitely have to learn for yourself.

This is really interesting! I’ve never considered that boron might be a good way to boost testosterone. One thing I’ve tried that has worked really well for testosterone is standardized hot-water Tongkat Ali root extract. Your video in 2022 helped convince me to take the leap actually. I’ve been using it for over a year now to boost energy levels and exercise performance and it’s worked a charm. My libido has also returned with a vengeance (hello, morning wood). Will definitely try experimenting with combining it with a boron supplement to boost these effects.

@@ArsalanAspires FNB is deliberately giving wrong information. What about Turkey? 60 mg of boron per day is intake from food. Western China 129mg boron per day from food!!! And there is almost no osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis... Modern medicine is too greedy and boron is ruining their business because it heals people. $15,000,000,000 is profit from Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain Suppressors alone in US...

All I know is, if I take a high quality Ashwaganda + Boron before bed... I have the most LUCID and wild dreams ever. Brazil nuts have a crazy amount of boron btw.

Not directly, no. But, boron has been studied for its potential to increase free testosterone levels in the body, which could indirectly benefit muscle strength and recovery. It is also suggested to aid in the activation of vitamin D, which is important for maintaining muscle strength and function.
