    Don't throw the egg white away every time, use it once a week for a facial.
    Take a fork and egg white, give it a few beats, as tho it is being whipped, apply egg to face and neck (Avoid the skin around the eyes) Apply over the sink . ( a little messy) let the egg white dry for 30 minutes, (careful to not use face muscles, no smiling or frowning)
    Rinse face off with warm water, pat dry. (I run the warm water over my face from the faucet over the sink)
    Tightens the skin and looks beautiful.

      I have beaten the egg white till reasonably stiff, add 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil and 1/2 tsp- lemon juices beat again , then apply this on skin and leave for 30 min. Wash off with lukewarm water- better than Botox. (This comes from Kichi beauty)

The under side of the lemon skin before you get to the white part, I rub on my face and then moisturize well afterwards. I also use the inside of a banana peel on my face. Ancient remedies! Wow!! That is quite a time commitment!
      I’m confused how people keep sunscreen on their hands. I wash mine several times a day. Do you use I guess use a body sunscreen for your hands? I only use mineral sunscreen, and the body ones are thick, white and oily. I can’t imagine using this every time I wash my hands.
      My friends and I have all aged much slower than most others our age, but we have all noticed our hands are starting to look old, but we’re also in our mid 40s. People do age, and that’s okay.

      Make sure you are using unpasteurized honey.... and you could also splash some extra virgin olive oil in there. I believe it is one egg yolk, 1 TBSP honey, 2TBPS of the oil. Also make sure its real olive oil.... from a great supplier. The introweb has a ton of info on that. Then you can use the egg white for a face mask!! ( I just learned that, super stoked tho!)😊

    Raw eggs here in the UK and some types of (unpasteurised) honey- salmonella and botulism are both a risk. Bees don’t wipe their feet as they buzz around!

      I never tried Cod liver oil, it does have the same vitamins of flax seeds it may work . But another way also its the egg yoke and natural yogurt it does clear and moisturize the skin , you can use on face also .

    Something that I do, for my hands once per week is to apply cream cheese or sour cream or yogurt to the backs of my hands plus a few inches onto my arms. I cleanse the area, with honey, sprinkle table sugar. massage gently to exfoliate, rinse. Apply the dairy product. Leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse off, pat dry, apply Vitamin C serum, let it soak in.

    I recommend blending the sugar for the sugar scrub first to ensure it is very fine grain.
    Did not do it the first time and i hurt.
    And I use my own salve of about 1/3 beeswax, 1/3 cocoa butter and abut 1/3 cocout oil,
    mostly at bedtime (and gloves over it to protect the bed sheets) in the winter
    because of atopic dermatitis which is always FAR worse in the colder months (Northern Europe here).
    And as I can tolerate lanolin (which not all people can), I use a very small amount of lanolin
    when my hands are really bad. (It is like a miracle salve, lanolin, for those who can tolerate it.)

      How do you blend your sugar? In a regular blender?

    • @mademoiselledusfonctionell1609
      @mademoiselledusfonctionell1609 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@coastdaze748 I have done it in a food processor, but a regular blender is probably just as good (although perhaps quicker and therefore mor difficult to control). It depends a bit on how coarse the granules of the sugar is. (The sugar I can buy is too coarse for my liking.)

    I'm wondering though will the olive oil clog pores on the face?

    • @ArsalanAspires
      @ArsalanAspires  2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yes, they can be harsh. Olive oil has a comedogenic rating of two on the scale, which is less than coconut oil so it may clog pores for those who have acne-prone skin.
