Wow, this is so enlightening, and I must say my wife and I also did a very similar painful journey, we held our HDB EA for 15 yrs before realising we had to jump onto the property bandwagon, even though we loved our HDB, we can always buy it back when we are retired. So well said!!!❤❤
Additional industrial property no ABSD unlike residential. Industrial also attract longer leasing tenants with no need for renovation as they prefer bare units. Low maintenance as a landlord.
😂 don't! Unless u are using it. Commercial property are totally different as the lease are different and have usage restrictions. Just sharing my experience. Mass market condo make better profit.😂
