Ingredients for the Hen;
-1 Hen
-1 Stalk of Celery
-2 Onions cut in 4’s
Boil until it begins to be tender
Cornbread; This recipe serves 20
-5lb bag of Martha White Buttermilk Self-Rising Cornmeal
-1/2 ButterMilk 1/2 Whole Milk
-6 eggs
Combine all together and bake about 20-25 minutes.

My mother went home to be with the Lord 13 years ago and was known to be a great cook. I cook with bell peppers, onion and garlic powders now but believe it or not she didn't use any of those in her cooking.
