We just bought an identical boat, minus the EFI. Same year and everything. Our #1 cylinder is melted though.

Glad you found another engine. Need go swap over the switch boxes from the old motor. Saw in one of the shots where you were talking about the oil injection being removed all of those wires go to the two switch boxes.need those for ignition

should be a trim switch on the motor.. usually black buttons kinda on the bottom of the cowling
