On rockauto, the front wheel bearings say RWD in the description, none say 4wd...are the front wheel bearings the same for 4wd and RWD?

I am looking at your website and found these front outer hub/shaft bearings so great stuff, my next quest. is, these are the outer, is there a front inner hub/shaft bearing ?
No bearing that holds the shaft in the tube.
@@VenturesTruckParts Sorry if im dumb but to clarify this, you are saying this front outer hub/shaft needle bearing on the backside is the only bearing on the inside of the hub that is around the stub shaft ????
@@brianblithe2271 The small needle bearing is the only one you can change. Its function is to hold the weight of the axle shaft. The actual hub assembly itself holds the weight of the truck. It is not serviceable. If your wheel bearing is bad you will have to replace the whole unit hub.

No 2016 will be a different design.

Hi everyone I found the bearing part number at AutoZone it's b 2110 for the needle bearing and the thrust washer that goes behind the wheel hub part number is 47766 thanks all
how do you tell if its the needle bearing going out or the whole hub?

Anybody know what sound that would make if just the needle bearing went but the actual wheel bearing its self was still good to go ? I’ve got my truck on jack stands right now doing my front passenger side Axle U joint , knuckle seal and outer diff dust seal and my ball joints while it’s all apart, but before I started taking everything off, I spun the hub around after I took the calliper off and it spun just fine, no resistance or grinding or anything, it just was making a clicking noise , it stopped when I locked my hub in then when I turned it to free it started again , it’s definitely not even close to being loud enough to hear while your driving or anything, just figured I’d take a shot in the dark and inquire while she’s all apart
At ab 30mph any bump or uneven surface you hit will usually cause a washboard kinda sound. Similar to driving on a rumble strip
