- The plaintiff and defendant were friends with benefits, though the plaintiff claims the defendant used her for money. She loaned him money, got him new tires for his car, and helped him pay for a new car, but she hasn’t been paid back, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues the plaintiff was obsessed with him. He’s countersuing for harassment.

*JM was supposedly an actual ex-judge ~ scary* ...yet he told the Plantiff that if she received a threat, the better course of action was not a restraining order but rather to go to the police. The only thing the PD could do is take a report, nothing more. A restraining order would is the only thing that gives the PD arrest authority for continued harassment, threats etc. JM gets too tied up in his emotions in these *remedial law claims.*
