- The plaintiff used to date the defendant. She's suing her ex because she alleges the defendant vandalized her vehicle, threw her iPhone onto the street, and punched her. The defendant argues the phone slipped by accident, and he denies the allegations that he vandalized the vehicle and punched the plaintiff.
I knew he was going to tell on himself....big dummy taking food and clothes from his own child.

1 thing about the judge that I love is if a person doesn't have enough evidence but he lets the other person talk they will reveal how trifling they are. Good call Judge Mathis!
He do cuz want the other person to win and he be looking for a reason to help that person when cuz he like them more I seen throw out cases for no evidence
He doesn't sound like a prized being. Giving real basic and bummy.
Unfortunately he doesn't have to be. He's TALL. That checks off enough blocks for a lot of women on its own, as you can see. The guy certainly isn't smart, nor of very good character. He literally talked himself into paying a judgement that was about to be dismissed, so he's not slick or intelligent enough to fool women for long if at all. The women will go for the height and swag, and ignore any other red flags.

He made it point to let the judge know he took what he paid for when it came to the women's things. He messed up at the end when he admitted to illegally buying formula. That reason alone is the motive he had for taking it. His story about the phone and tires were basic and simple lies. Judge knew it and was waiting for him to slip.

Judge is wrong about the wic. Yes its for women and children. However, it's not for low income. It's for kids no matter how much you make. Also, I'm a man and I received Wic for my daughter because I went and files the paperwork, gave them the birth certificate and her shot records. They asked for my income and said whew I wish I made that much but they don't go off income so I received what only based on my daughter weight would recommend on their charts. The mother was around but I was the one that took off work for our child
