- The plaintiff met the defendant at a party, and she says they started dating. However, the plaintiff is suing the defendant because she claims she purchased a car from the defendant, but it broke down four days later. The defendant insists he never dated the plaintiff, and he’s only seen her three times in his entire life. The defendant believes he doesn’t owe the plaintiff anything because he told her he’d help repair the vehicle if it broke down.
Just because a man does the bare minimum of being nice to you, does not mean you let him enter your home, your body, your pantry, and your wallet. Let this be a lesson ma’am.

He gave her the car too begin with she was without a car before she met him and all she did was buy a battery and pay for minor work on a free car. She was doing all that rushing because he got the sex and wasn’t into her like she wanted him to be. How was she going to get to this new job if she hadn’t met him or he didn’t offer to give her the car even offered to give her half of the money back she had been spending on fixing the car if he couldn’t get it running right for her. I would’ve gave her the money back and took my car back and told her to kick rocks. I promise if he had been still dicking her down and coming over when she called him that car could still be in her yard not running and they wouldn’t be in court. No values or self respect

When you buy a car from a private owner then the sale is "as is" unless you can prove they knew about a problem and didn't tell the buyer. She knew the car had issues therefore she assumed responsibility

He told her about the situation with the mechanic. That's not in his control. She was impatient and i believe she wanted more of a connection with him. She saw he wasn't interested in anything more serious on a romantic level and coupled with her car needing repairing caused her to become emotionally out of control. I hope she learned her lesson on being more patient, restraining herself better when things don't go her way and finding men who are single who are on the same page that she's on.
