The plaintiff claims the defendant threatened to shoot her when she asked him about it, so she’s suing for her money back, the value of a dog, and emotional distress. The defendant argues he bought the car, but then the plaintiff called the cops on him. He’s countersuing for house locks, a car ignition, and damaged car windows.

Both actually proved their case and judge looked stupid as usual in front of his niece tryna get a laugh about a dope fiend and not listening. The plaintiff stated earlier she took his keys and judge patted her on the back for it.
