FULL DAY OF FOOD || Healthy What I Eat in a Day

- Here is everything I ate in a day. I try to keep it pretty healthy but still enjoying life these days. I work out 4 days a week alternating incline walking and weight lifting. I try to stay hydrated but can always work on getting in more water.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 large can chicken
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup franks red hot or buffalo sauce
1/2 cup sour cream(I’m trying cottage cheese next time)
1 cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
-Soften cream cheese and drain chicken. Mix everything together in a baking dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Have you ever tried the lmnt electrolyte mix? I've yet to try them and so curious if the taste is good or too strong
