If you're going to the effort to review a diet, shouldn't you also comment on the areas for improvement? Such as suggesting incorporating fruit into her daily diet, and choosing wholegrains over refined grains? I agree with your points about balance, but there's clearly area to improve her health with diet as well without perpetuating toxic diet culture
"what I eat in a day" is not a reasonable thing to respond to with a "diet review" - it's not a diet, it's a one day sample. extrapolating it to make assumptions about days outside of the given data is part of diet culture because it pushes high-level monitoring and compliance models instead of dynamic decisions and human nutrition being bigger than any one day. when you're fighting super prevalent narratives around restriction, external criticism, self-criticism and constant self-assessment, things that might seem like constructive criticism tend not to land as intended.
@@ellaj9380 what's the point of sending your daily food consumption to an online dietitian if you aren't interested in her opinion on what you're eating?
The bread (body converts carbs to sugar), the jam (sugar), the wrap for lunch (body will convert), the rice for dinner (again, body will convert to sugar) and the hot chocolate- like I said before it will shock you how much sugar is in hot chocolate. You don't have to believe me, simply look it up for yourself. Search Josie Inchauspe on you tube/Diary of a CEO.
Being obsessive over diet can get more unhealthy than eating a little sugar. I make my own hot chocolate with coco powder and add sugar myself, so I know exactly how much sugar goes in lol. It's ok, most people know they're just not bothered by it. Deli meats also have iron in them and protein, so they have useful things in them as well. Of course you shouldn't eat too much of them but that goes for everything (even water).

If you are young and you find that you can't eat very much, it may be worth talking to a doctor, because you may have hypothyroidism or something like that. I agree with your points about balance, but there's clearly area to improve her health with diet as well without perpetuating toxic diet culture
Agree, there’s very little vegetables and no fruit!
It’s what this woman ears in a day. Who says she’s trying to improve her health? No normal, sane person eats like that every day.
@katie8325 you should absolutely be eating fruit daily and opting for wholegrains daily.
@@ellaj9380 what's the point of sending your daily food consumption to an online dietitian if you aren't interested in her opinion on what you're eating?
You had me until the hot chocolate 🤢
Jelly toast, cookies and hot chocolate with whipped cream. No restrictions, eat all the crap you want.
Blah blah blah. All I hear is you yapping about nonsense.
@@CJM279What nonsense? Keep eating your crappy food. Everything in moderation. 😂
This but unironically. Eating whatever you want with zero guilt is genuinely amazing.
Anyone know her tik tok handle? I need that salmon recipe!
It's bayleennicole
Way too much sugar for one day. For anyone. Read labels. I was shocked how much sugar is in one tablespoon of hot chocolate.
there wasn't even any fruit. how much sugar can in that small pack of hot chocolate be
The bread (body converts carbs to sugar), the jam (sugar), the wrap for lunch (body will convert), the rice for dinner (again, body will convert to sugar) and the hot chocolate- like I said before it will shock you how much sugar is in hot chocolate. You don't have to believe me, simply look it up for yourself. Search Josie Inchauspe on you tube/Diary of a CEO.
Also, deli meats are among the worst things, you should never or at least rarely eat them. Don’t take my word for it. Look it up.
@@ahuman5772 exactly. cacao is actually very good for us
Why do Americans always overcook scrambled eggs?? These big ass stiff curds of egg 🥴
I love you🥹
Why do so many people make these food prep videos?! Is that like the cool thing Americans think is important nowadays? They are getting annoying, to be honest. Lol.
Dinner looked healthy and gross
enjoy your red bull and reheated pizza pockets then
@@maddie-xh9yy I've never had a red bull in my life and I haven't had a pizza pocket in over 30 years, judge judy. could you say the same?
@@b.k8051 yeah, i can. and its was a hyperbole, obviously i dont know your diet, but judging by your disgust to things other people enjoy, i assume you dont eat very healthy.
@@maddie-xh9yy nah, you're right. I mostly eat trash
She sounds so girly
But probably too much calories…
No
this is not a lot at all..
@@russshh it depends for who …
@@ambramari118I mean, yes, that diet would not be fitting for some people. But it's not meant to be a guide at all, much less a one-size-fits-all guide.
That's way too little food for me, and it was way too little food for me when I weighed 47kg (I was eating a lot more than that and not gaining weight).
If you are young and you find that you can't eat very much, it may be worth talking to a doctor, because you may have hypothyroidism or something like that. Alternatively, it may be caused by previous dieting or not getting enough exercise. Unless you sit around on your bed all day, most people should be eating more than that.
Why does she love processed food so much. No
