@@awoa2011it is depending on which protein u use . I’ve used some protein powders that made the oatmeal gritty, but if you get one that mixes well, it’s not too bad. I hope her tofu isn’t made with soy. As soy is bad for you .
@@awoa2011 yeah, I tried pea protein. It's horrible in almost any food. A more palatable mix for me is Peanut Butter powder (2 tbsp = 7 gm protein), soy milk (8 gm per cup) and hemp seeds (3 tbsp = 9 gm). With the protein from 1/4 cup steel cut oats (5 gm), total is close to 30 grams.

You have to be very determined and disciplined to maintain and make this a lifestyle. I've started a diet and eating habits 3 times, with the longest lasting a year, and back to old habits I went because I cook for me and my babies so cooking more than one meal is stressful any pointers?
Amazing aesthetic but if you protein is primarily coming from powders and soy that’s not good. You can probably get away with eating like this in your twenties but whenever you start experiencing hormonal changes like perimenopause or are carrying a baby, eating like this will not cut it.
