Food is a massive part of society and most cultures, nothing wrong with taking enjoying from it. You're reaction to this video and comment says more about your negative relationship with food than anything else
You speak the truth about most people aren't doing what this young lady is doing. Most people in the U.S.A. aren't buying fresh whole foods and cooking. They're in the fast food lines, buying prepackaged foods in the grocery store, and if they are indeed cooking, it's unhealthy. Also eating so many bad snacks too often. I became one of those people over the years but, moving away from that now. Also working on the stress eating, which is usually unhealthy. Some nutritionist say that eating fast food should only be 1 - 2 times a month because of how unhealthy it is. Although more people are choosing to change their lifestyle to love themselves more and treat the body right, we still have a long way to go in this country. 🙏🏾❤️
