If you go frame-by-frame (you can do that on TH-cam using the comma and period keys, btw), you can see it's technically BOTH. The first nuke to launch is the far right, and it runs into the tech. But the second nuke, in the middle, actually gets hit by the FINAL shot from the flak and goes drunk. It then flies up, does a 180, and slams straight down on top of the sniper and turbines.

Not really. Its a commen strategy on the map, that isnt always as succefull as you think it would be. Turns out being hard to kill is irrelvevant when all your guns and mines get laserd
