Hello, hope you are having a great evening. I have been watching literally all of your videos and love them all. However the issue I am having I haven't seen explained by you. I have watched other videos people have and none of their solutions have worked. I'm at a complete loss at this point and am pulling my hair out. I have an XP-15000 and everything is working properly except when I print. It's only printing 2"-4" of the very center of the images. It will not print the entire image. I'm using Acrorip 11. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
Hello I am having trouble with my white layer popping up , at first it was working fine but idk if I’m missing a setting step but all I need is my white layer to come back up so I can properly set up the adhesive for the shirts Please reach out to me thank you
So I just got the 11v I was using an older version before and decided to upgrade. I’m pretty familiar with the program. Printing on the L1800. But my image keeps stretching longways when printing. It’s like twice as long as I have it sized and looks distorted. I’ve messed with all kinds of settings and can’t figure out what’s causing it. Any ideas?
hi make sure your canvas size and paper size on the program and printer are the same as the actual sheet. also make sure to remove the margin settings and always remember .25 from the left and right edges
you need to click on whote+ color and print color first box checked on print screen. also make sure theres a 1 under color and 1 under white on the print screen box.

have you done a nozzle check? is it printing white? if so then its a setting please send me a video of your setting all the way down to the print screen.

Can I use an A3 dtf printer to print directly onto metal or do I need a transfer film and put the sticker on the metal?

did you figure this out mine is similar just small portion of t he image in a strip down the center of the page.

Can you tell me why my white won't print when I print? White prints if I choose only white but not if I need it layered.

hi reset all setting dont make any margins, make sure your paper size on program your canvas size on program and paper size on printer all match.

yes but every printer has boarders, i dont remove my wheels so i can print on sheets to the bottom but usually i roll print so issues either way
i have purshased the code for acrorip 11.2 desktop version but they only send me the code where i can find the software link to download
If I get a new lap top can I get my files back my old laptop crashed
depends of you backed up your files or if you have access to the hard drive you can install it on new pc and remove contents.
