Hello Crystal! I am struggling with getting that film to load (and not jam) into my converted epson sublimated printer. I have tried the stack of paper, taping to paper and cardstock, and tape folded on the edge. I am going to order another brand of film. Is there anything else I can try. I am getting so frustrated. I love your videos, I have learned so much!

The current film you are using does it have a glossy side (the one I use) If so yes switch to one that has a matte coating on the back like this and it should work amzn.to/3PbdNnL

I really appreciate these DTF hacks, Thank you! I have tried several of them and the only issue that is presented to me is that some of the ink still remains on the carrier sheet. I have tried different degrees from 320 to 370 and pressing from 30 to 60 second with no success, any suggestions? Thanks again.
