Hiii Crystal!! Newbie here, to Cricut/sublimation and your channel, which I am SO glad to have found!! You are SO sweet, SO knowledgeable, and SO awesome at teaching on these videos!! Thank you for all you do!! Stacie in the Youngstown, Ohio area!
I have done this. I bought the same cannon printer you use. I have a cricut heat press but I use my embossing heat tool to melt the powder. I didn’t want to risk burning myself with the heat press. I love the DTF HACKS. I found you because of a HACK VIDEO, then I watched more of your videos and that's why I bought the heat press.
I purchased the powder and the A4 paper because they didn’t have the 8.5 x 11. I bought a griddle at the thrift store and it works like a charm! I love it!!!
So i used a hp printer and it worked!!!! My first on was patchy so i just did a layer on top where the patches where and it fixed no problem. The second time i put it on my long skillet and put extra powper on top and the second time it was flawless
im gonna work on this year for sure. save all this info to start. thank you so much. i love this idea beacsue i cant afford the sublimation prnter, but its great to hafe another option.
Just started watching you tonight and have already gone thru 3 of the DTF hacks. I was so upset when I found out (after, of course) that my Epson ET-2850 had to have special sublimination ink and not the regular ink. I need this printer for other everyday printing so don't want to change to sublimination ink. The DTF sheets look to be the answer. looking forward to more.
I am AMAZED!!!!😦😦😦😦😦YOu Are AMAZING!!! I had NOOO Clue this could be done!! DTV ARE VERY HARD to WEED intricate Designs and HARD to USE the MASKING Tape To Get the OFF!! KEEP up the GREAT WORK!!

I JUST TRIED IT WITH MY CIRCUT AND IT WORKED GREAT I HAVE TO DO ANOTHER TO BE SURE BUT THANKKS TO YOUR VIDEOS I CAN NOW OFFER DTF AT MY TSHIRT BUSINESS
Very nice video but you confused me about the color concerns. Will this work for color permanently or not? I'm thinking "yes" it works due to the DTF powder...but before I go wasting time and materials, can you please confirm this? Thanks so much.
The color will wash out I only recommend the inkjet DTF hack for non wash items like tote bags, hats etc. now if you print in all black it will not wash out. now to flip it up even more if your inkjet printer has pigment ink and not dye ink the color will not wash out. you can google your ink to find out if its pigment ink
Super, thanks. So now I'm thinking..."I wonder if there is some sort of sealant out there for the purpose". I think I'm on the hunt LOL @@YouCanTotallyMakeThat
@YouCanTotallyMakeThat it's all good. You did say, i think, that the color wouldn't last after that part about a cheap shirt. I was unable to make the connection there. I'm super new to this so I'm think there are things that others already know that I don't maybe.

Hi! I know using hot air blower is not safe to use for melting dtf powder for being so close to the powder vapor. How about your method of melting which needed some parts of film to be pressed down to melt uniformly, is it still safe by that distance which most likely you inhaled its vapor?
