Hello. my epson xp15000 is converted to DTF and using AcroRip11. It was printing fine. All of a sudden the beginning of the printing turns out stretched. I printed an image just fine, then I wanted to print the same image again and that's when it started. Example. If I wanted to print a circular image, it would come out like an egg/oval shape. I have uninstalled the software and installed it, and still keeps printing like that. Any idea of what could be? Thank you.
Hi nice video, sorry a quick question if you don't mind, I saw you use cadlink and i want to ask you on mine my colors are not coming out too dark even if I move the color adjustment to the end that I think is 20, do you know what it could be?
You need to ask your ink and/or printer supplier for an ICC profile. This tells your rip software how to print the colors. You can also get one custom made
Any advice for the customer who received the shirt with a thick plastic feel? Should I wash it or try to return it? All of my searches yield information for the printer. Thanks in advance.
I just saw a Cadlink RIP software update so I thought I'd come back and give you a better reply. With the RIP I have, white only passes once so the % max white is the same throughout the image except for when the ink underneath is black. In Cadlink DF v.11, you can now adjust highlight white so that you can make it 100% highlight white despite your white UB settings. They made this to mimic the white passes.
@@merchstudio I really appreciate your response! I have been looking strongly into getting an Audley printer and I was wondering if it would have the same options my STS Mutoh rip has. I can get really bright whites but only with multiple passes, which takes forever. They did a good job with the rip but the printer sucks and you can only buy inks from them (smart chip cards) and they charge you an arm and a leg for it.
@@flaviosouza5709 Oh dang! I'm pretty happy with the amount of white I get but Cadlink Rip v11 will definitely change the game once it's stable. Printer's pretty flexible from an ink standpoint, but some inks can cause clogging more than others.

I have been adjusting the settings in my printer also. I’m at 75% white, which I think it’s too much. I’ll try the settings the you posted. Great video!
yes, sir! it really depends on the printer. We had to bring it down to 60% when we changed the printheads but we constantly need to make adjustments to keep the quality.
First thank you for your videos. I have a DTF and don't like it too much when I print a SOLID transfer, It does feel plasticky. I like it better for printing fonts and no one solid piece. I have tried different settings. Any other ideas to make it feel softer? Thank you
Hi, I am new to DTF transfers. I have bought different designs from different providers mostly from Etsy but I have not transferred the designs yet. However, I have also bought from My Crafty Store and I transferred a couple of their designs not sure how they should feel but to me feel a bit plasticky! Do you have a video where you can show the difference or how dtf transfers should feel to the touch. Thank you! Ps. I just ordered from your store:)
