Hey man, I saw that you put your white setting at 70%. Do you know why when I set my white at over 35% my white starts to leak along the page an smear the coloured print underneath. I want to try to increase to get colours to pop out but I couldn't. Any advice would be appreciated man. Thanks.

Found your channel and this video on setting up AcroRip - than you so much for a thorough explanation on setting up this software. Once a graphic is loaded into the template, how do I add text? I can't find any reference or information in the AcroRip User Manual, or anywhere on-line.

Hello, I'm using the acrorip 11, when I send image over to acrorip 11 software, where you can see what your image look like in white tab. Image not showing up just a white plan background. What am I doing wrong or have to learn in order to print dft images on transparent background.
Hi bro, how are you keeping? I'm back again, lol.. I am having some issues with my DTF printer and thought it best to ask some questions. Have you had an experience where your printer will print on paper but not on your transfer sheet? The print head moves back and forth on the sheet like it does exactly when printing without bringing out ink. But when you try with paper, everything comes out correctly. On two occasions, it printed a part of my design vertically, not the complete design and then went back to printing blanks. I have been using the same DTF sheet and this issue started recently.
Is there a reason why my printer is printing only in the center of the print and black. I set my settings. According to the video

Hey! Just got an 8550 and converted it (Thank you!) The problem i am having is extremely runny ink. It prints fine then toweds the end of the print job, the ink mixes together. We thought it might be the film being on the wrong side, but nope. Please help!!!!

i been using this 10.7 version and so i tried to print a omega psi phi pic and the colors were suppose to be gold and purple and it came out red and yellow. i dont understand??? everything i have been printing before i had no problems with color. even in the preview its the right color

Thanks, we got our converted 8550 up and running using Acrorip 10.7 . Our ink settings are as you show in this video, but we are having a problem with black printing gray instead of black. Colors look outstanding and the white underlayer looks good to me. Only black looks like it's faded to gray. Could it be that white at 50% is too high, or black is too low at 40%? Thanks again!
Dont copy and paste the settings, use thos video to understand the setting functions. The white ink behind black is making it lighter, need to adjust your settings.
I lost 3 inch for each size in 13x19 page, They sende me the new version but still with the problem, installing the software in another computer just to make sure its not any old setting, but no, the problem still there, and all my firmware are update, maybe they need to see if the new Epson firmware dont mess up the Acrorip setting.

Can you share me settings on printing small words..I am not able to print small words even though my file size is 300 DPI. I mean Imagine cluster of words like text art. I am able to print big and medium size words, but in case of small, it just print half the word..please help me on settings with this issue

Hi Hangry. I have 2 ET8550 printers (Sublimation and DTF). I just set-up the DTF printer today and I names them so I can see which onis which in my list of printers on my computer. I'm using Acrorip 11 but I can't get the software to let me choose the DTF printer, only the sublimation comes up as the ET8550 option. Do you know how I can make it find my other ET8550? Thank you

Hi, I am using the XP-15000 printer are these settings still good for that printer as well? and also can you show me how the ink is in your printer so I can get a better idea of how to tell the computer where my ink is.

So happy to find this tutorial! However, I have yet to find a ET-8550 tutorial that mentions print drivers. Do you still install the Epson drivers or does Acrorip act in place of the Epson drivers? Thanks!

Hey, I’m having an issue where the my 8500 only printed a 2” center strip of my design. The second print I did was the same thing but the image within the center strip was a different part of the design. How do I fix this?

Hello, I followed this about 3x. I am using a converted 8500, I have gotten the transfer to print the color layer, but how do you get the white layer to print? I set it up exactly as you showed, with the print color first then the white + color. Thank you!

@HangryMuscle I followed this exactly. The only difference is I am running AcroRip11. It seems the image that prints depends on how either the software or the printer is feeling. I've attempted 3 different prints of the same image. First print was about a 1" vertical strip of the image, 2nd print was about a 5" vertical strip, and 3rd print was about a 3" strip. It's not printing the entire image, any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi Can I use this for regular sublimation?

might you know why when i open an image on acrorip i scale it and follow all the steps on this video only difference is my printer is stylus pro 7900 but from an image 8x11 image it comes out like 1 inch big image why is that?
Not sure the exact reason but uninstall & delete the Acrorip file folders, then restart your pc.
Hoping you can help - my white is printing gray.. i have watched videos, changed my settings, did a cleaning. When I print the nozzle check, it prints white. But when I print an image, the white is gray (when I can get the stupid film to feed through the printer) I have a converted Epson 8550 using AcroRip 10V. Help (crying)

Yes and yes its definitely possible to get an error code if you are just learning to use a printer for DTF.

Should my printer prior to this be connected to the damn computer cause I’ve watched this whole video done everything and then when I go to print my design at the end when I hit print, nothing happens and then it just says on the bottom right corner file has been saved to something and then when I go to it There’s nothing there like it won’t let me go in. It’ll say failed to load

I don't have a specific settings for setting color. I use Photoshop to prep my colors before importing into Acrorip.
For getting specific colors, having an icc can do that.
On this update can you merge more than one image? Or still just one image at a time? TIA
No, you have to make a gang sheet for multiple images. Acrorip 11 will have the multi image feature

Are you using a usb connection?
Why do you have to be on USB? is it okay to be over wireless?
The connection is more stable and less issues. The files for DTF are huge, transferring the data to the printer will take longer through wifi, especially if the connection isn't stable or slows down.

Its not the software, its your expertise. Take some time to learn the functions and it has a print preview function.
