I am 87, been married three times, and never gained as much knowledge as you have provided. It's kind of late for me at this point, but you are providing such a wonderful service I want to thank you sincerely.
I just discovered you and this video is very revealing..I will turn 76 in 2 weeks and have no partners but myself..I am lucky enough to live in Italy where people still are interested in sex into their 80's (+?) So if I could get over past emotional trauma the chances of finding a partner are there.I had a breast cancer Very small like a grain of rice...but I took Letrozol ( or Tamoxifen in USA) so it destoyed the production of estrogen ..now after 9 years my libido is comjng on so I suppose and I do feel stimulated... I am the daughter of scientists so I find this info very interesting and new..thank you..grazie tante🎉
I am totally blown away. I have never heard had ANY one talk about this. And even though I have heard of PRP, most Doctors I have interacted with do not know anything about PR, or if they do, they do not do the procedure, resulting in trying to find a doctor who is progressive enough to offer this type of procedure, PRP. But this is the first I have ever heard of an O-shot. Where Have I been? What you have talked about makes so much sense. As a middle-aged woman, I have gotten to the point that sex was so painful (actually like feeling I was being ripped open) I avoided it. I have never heard anyone in the medical field say anything about this whole issue, sex, sex while getting older, etc. Thank you for your informative talks.
My wife and I are in our late fifties. We are successfully working through some relationship issues; this video couldn’t have come at a better time. I just forwarded it to her, and look forward to talking about it with her! Thank you!
I have no idea how this video popped up in my feed, but what I do know is that Dr. Susan Hadwick-Smith is/was our OBGYN twice, and blessed Melissa and I with two AMAZING daughters. I'm exiting out of this video, but felt compelled to leave a comment. Such a pleasure to see you doing well Dr. Hardwick-Smith. Prayers and well wishes for everyone. God Bless!
Hey Bobby, come back to the conversation ahn bring your wife if you want. I respect male input into female chats. You provide us with a broader understanding. Wow, I am 59, married for 34 years to my best male friend. This came into my feed yesterday and I was blown away.... It's been 9 months since your post...😄
I’m a 74 yr old widow and found your talk really interesting. My friend I’ve known since we were 6 yrs old had blood plasma injected in her hip 2 yrs ago. It worked for time til she had a hip replacement. That was my first experience of hearing about the injection. I was an ultrasound technician for 12 yrs in a hospital. Many of my female patients would confide in me regarding orgasms. I was surprised how many young women either had no orgasm or only every once in awhile. I wish I’d had your talk to share with them. I was lucky because most of my years I had orgasms frequently and still can. Thank you for sharing this information. We really should know our bodies better than we do.
I am a man in midlife (63) who has a lot of vitality and wanted to know more about what women are dealing with in midlife, especially sexually. I am so grateful for this video. It helps me understand how I might be able to add to healing and discussion with a partner and be there for them.
Agreed. The video here is enlightening. My Wife and I haven't really been active now for a few years , we been together since September of 1987. This video gives me some insight to be able to "Stimulate" my wife like I used to several years ago.
Never heard of this O shot. Platelet Rich Plasma shots aren't usually covered by insurance. I wonder if a Dr. for incontinence could order it and it be paid ..then the benefits of better quicker big orgasam might be great🎉
Please remember- NOT all PRP is the same. It’s all about concentration. Also I personally know Charles Runels! Brilliant man, however, you need 2 intravaginal injections to really make the shot most effective. But the best part, I’m so happy we are talking about this now! I suffered from Lichens and PRP made me switch careers as it has changed my life!
This has been amazing hearing you talk about real things that no medical professional has ever discussed with me. All the things you brought up I have been aware of but never thought I could talk about it. Women's healthcare has been so neglected and you are proof of why its so important to have female doctors caring for females. Women understand women.
I have the pellet injection and it’s costly and last only about 3 months . I’m so happy to have listened to this today . I am going to ask my dr about this ; Thank you for this much needed information to the people who are listening ❤
Im amazed at Dr. Susan's the level of knowledge and educational she is. I'm learning much about the female anatomy. Her simplicity and intent isn't spoken in a manner of making one feel dumb or embarrassed. 100% PROFESSIONAL WITH HER PURPOSE!!!!. GREAT VIDEO
Hi Susan, I like how open you are. Relating your experience to people, including things that many would find embarrassing. Is great in normalising the ageing process. I’m a physiotherapist in NZ. And it takes a special clinician to relate and build trust and rapport. Thank you for posting this video. Kind regards, Brent
I definitely have a g spot. I can have several different orgasms. Clitoral, g spot, cervical & others. Internal & external orgasms. They all feel different but they all feel good. We just have to experiment with our partner to find out what works. Relax, have fun & make eye contact. ❤ Learning about Tantra & meditation has helped me tremendously! I swear I feel my soul leave my body while in such ecstasy. I recommend it to anyone with trauma, abuse or religious shaming etc… You learn how to relax & how to fall in love with yourself. And to love more fully. When you love yourself, you allow someone else to love you even more. ♥️♥️
You are fortunate because my partner has always been a g spot orgasm and only enjoyed a little brief clitoral stimulation due to it becoming “too sensitive”. However the g spot is her happy place and has always required a plastic sheet and towel under us because of the squirting involved. Even cunnilingus she’ll only tolerate so long before it’s “too sensitive” then she’ll demand penetration. When she squirts which can often be pretty quickly she then pressures me to ejaculate even when I wish we could keep going longer. I think the liquid squirt everywhere makes her embarrassed even though I tell her it makes me extremely happy and makes me feel like a stud. Everything just get too sensitive for her and in a way she’s like a dude in that once she’s busted her nut (her squirt) once or twice she’s ready to stop. In a way it’s awesome because it makes for an efficient sexual encounter and she says she’s quite happy once she’s released no matter if it was 2 minutes in or 20. I enjoy giving cunilingus but she can only handle so much of it. I often daydream about intercourse with a woman that has clitoral orgasms just to see if I feel more of a difference in my penis but I will always love her ability to squirt and wouldn’t change it. I love when it hits me all over my chest, in my face. Nothing makes you feel more like a stud that watching a ladies eyes roll back in her head, the noise she makes and the shots of squirt splashing you all over. Another plus is when she squirts she’s so happy and engorged that she performs the best ever oral on my shaft. There’s Bj’s then there’s post squirt Bj’s that are on a whole other level. TMI and I’m sorry about that but one woman I had an encounter with wanted to have sex with me and I told her I’d give her oral only. She came out with a towel which I of course recognized as the “squirt catchers mitt”. Well 10 minutes into me performing cunilingus on her clitoris had her so loud I worried abut the neighbors. Then she squirted all in my face and on my chest. She drenched me literally. I’ve seen my share of squirters but only one that squirted from my tongue all over her clitoris. That was intense and unexpected. Men: it doesn’t require having a large penis to make this happen, sadly I am not well endowed (nothing I can do about that) but given the right angles and the right effort you can take your woman to some pretty serious enjoyment and them squirting all over you will make you feel like a large dick having porn star. Sorry for such a long write up. All men should have the chance to enjoy intercourse with a squirter at least once and all women should relax enough to try to get there too. My partner is fairly quiet during intercourse but when she squirts it’s a whole new ball game and she has such a great relaxed feeling that I can only compare to us gents when we blow our load. It’s pure bliss for all. Good day
Wow, you are one lucky woman! I have basically given up even trying to have one orgasm a month! They have always been difficult to achieve, but now at 54 im basically just having sex only for my husband. I'm tired of the work and energy involved.
As a former Adult Shop owner have helped many individuals and couples alike with issues in their sex life and sexuality. Its my opinion that 95% of sex is above the shoulders. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yes! While dating, my wife (we are in 60's) came 3x one day with all her clothes on, She submitted to me and to the mental pictures I spoke, and light caring touches AFTER she saw I was submitted to her wellbeing and pleasure first. Sex is something you give, not something you get! Love formula in Bible: "Submit yourselves one to the other". We are in our 60's and enjoying top-10 sessions regularly. The best is yet to come!
I really appreciate that you made this video. I appreciate your compassion throughout whilst explaining everything so honestly and thoroughly. Bless you 💗💕
I found your talk very interesting and focused. Your ability to talk about this topic in a subjective interesting and informative way is outstanding. A lot of medical people have vast amounts of knowledge at their command, but don't talk about it so that the rest of us want to listen. Kudos!
Uuuh no they don’t. Lol. Never got taught anything about it in my training. Why do people assume all health professionals know every single thing there is to know about the human body. The health system is a joke mate It’s not for health. It’s for the opposite nowadays
My goodness. What a wonderful anatomy lesson. I am nearing 70 and l learned a lot. Yesss, I am subscribing and am excited to learn more. Thank you so very much.
I'm 72, and I had no idea! So glad to stumble onto your video. I'm not dead yet. I wish there were more conversations for women my age. Even when I was starting menopause I had no information of what to expect. I sure don't know what to expect now at 72.
Why dont you start a channel interviewing women and men on this topic? You can bridge the age gap by making it relevant to younger audiences too, people like myself, who are curious about the "next" phase of life 😊❤
WOW- GLAD TO HAVE FOUND YOU! I have a cruelty in my immediate future. My OB Rx'd Estrogen about a year ago. I sustained a TBI; unresolved. She does not want to administer my Estroven as she fears a stroke or heart attack. I cannot bear it; I was raped at age 43 and it stopped my menses. Now, ten years later, I just sad to see how I must deal with this, and then with my head held high, of course I will! My Stanford Neuro expressed his jealousy at my very healthy and happy libido while tolerating a Hemorrhaging Cervical c5/6; I met him pre ACDF w/fusion. A delightful MD you are, and thank you!
DEFINITELY SUBSCRIBED…AND FORWARDED TO EVERY FRIEND or Associate that I know who is OVER 40. Thank God I don’t have any issues at 67,; could be because I am an avid researcher when it comes to my heath. HOWEVER I LOVE learning about EVERYTHING ‼️😀Thank You Gazillions for your easy relaxed expertise sharing.
I'm a 65 year old guy. I've been in a number of relationships over the years and I've been amazed at just how little women know about their own bodies (and in general, how little they wanted to know). Too many treat it like it's something "down there" never to be explored or learned about. More than one was surprised to learn that women don't urinate out of their vagina or that every vagina is unique in appearance and feel. The fact that they didn't know this, or that it never dawned on them to wonder, shocked me. And here's another little secret that women might not know. Vaginal dryness isn't particularly pleasurable for either party, not just the woman.
I'm a young 68 yr old. This was fascinating..and new info for me. I appreciate it and would like to know what is a natural form of estrogen that you can recommend to take in any form ? I want to start naturally to see the potential effects on my body and then level up. Thank you!
I agree with you. It seems that women have been kept in the dark for so long about soo many issues. Thank you Dr. Smith for sharing the much needed info women have been searchng and praying for for so long. Thank God there are a lot more women Gyn's that take the time & share this info with their patients. Thanks again Dr. Smith.
Vaginal dryness is exceptionally painful. It’s the worst feeling I have ever had. Websites downplay how painful it is which was infuriating to me. If you have it get some help!!
My girlfriend and I are both in late '70s. We use coconut oil, pure from pharmacies, not from supermarkets! It is absolutely gorgeous, for both manual stimulation of the clitoris and for full on penetration.
I'm an older widow who masturbates every night. My vagina is quite moist and I think it's because of the masturbating and giving myself powerful orgasms. And since God is the Creator of sex I know He approves and I worship Him with my body.
Thank you so much! I've learned more from you in this presentation than in my reallife journey about the female anatomy, especially the clitoris. So many times I've felt a disappointment or that I disappointed my partner, it's never to late to improve. You're the best educator!!
It's so wonderful that there are such people, with such confidence and understanding, as to be able to say stuff which we all need to hear. And that there are men commenting too, confident to own up, to having benefitted from learning it.
I have just started to watch your posts and I have to say I really appreciate the way you present your information. You are so natural, informative, REAL. You address issues that can feel so difficult to talk about w our partner or to learn about ourselves. Thank you for you knowledge and sensitive 'touch' giving this information.
I can’t believe I didn’t know anything about the anatomy of the clitoris. I am 65 and I miss the moisture I used to have. I am on hormones which have helped tremendously. But I am interested in the O shot. I am still sexually active. I am so glad I found you to help educate me. Thank you!
The most informative talk I've ever heard on this subject. I'm 66, have 3 adult daughters and a granddaughter and we ALL need to know this. I'm post-menopausal but having had a hysterectomy at 45 have didn't realise my hormones were depleted. A friend mentioned it so I had test...😮😮😮 I have virtually nothing. The oestrogen barely registered, not even close to the bottom of the normal range, testosterone and progesterone the same. About to see a specialist. After watching this I am much better equipped to advocate for my own health!! (My poor patient husband is looking forward to a resumption of sex... 🤷♀️) THANKYOU!!!
I’m so thankful that I came across this video… It was so interesting and helpful, especially with Me being in My 50’s…. I’m so looking forward to more videos!!! Wow Thanks 🙏🏽 😊
I am 75 and never heard of the O or P shot. I loved the video, and the Dr. Is accurate in saying we get No education on this subject. I am going to check on this shot, as I have had ED for years.
Hello. I am a married male. I am in awe of how ignorant I am on this particular part of female anatomy! I owe you a thousand thank you,s for this incredible informative video!! It will be life changing for me/ us! Thank you. 👍🌹
Thank you! I’m in tears…. I’m 51 and have been in menopause for almost two years. I’ve experienced dryness and my clitoris seems to be disappearing and less sensitive. My sex life is in not where it used to be.
I am 62 and it took a long time to found out I have lichen sclerosus. It started when I was 52, it took a while before the doctors help me. The UK sclerosis association help me out, to how to manage it. Some doctors have no clue what it is and do. I finally found a doctor and she knew what to do to help me. Hope you found help.
@@jillmartin5734 Insurance companies don't seem to consider women's sexual pleasure as something necessary for good health--yet they do cover many therapies for men having issues with erectile dysfunction and such. Isn't that interesting?
I am going to have a frank conversation with my wife very soon. Excellent educational presentation and honest approach. Most women need to watch your video and the educational system needs to wake up and properly educate our young children at an appropriate age. Starting before high school. Thanks
I love the way you take on this potentially awkward subject with clarity, integrity, and poise. what a great 'how to' example, very impressive. Separately, if the clitoral body is affixed to the front part of the pubic symphysis, I don't see how it can also be the g-spot. a better theory might be that the g-spot is part of a broader clitoral-urethral complex of nerve endings and erectile tissue not fully described. See Nicole Prause.
Very nicely presented. This knowledge can also help if someone is thinking that there is something wrong with them, not being able to have pleasurable sex and/or reaching orgasm. Usually that ends up in self-blame/hatred, which may lead to mental blocks and a downward negative spiral. Knowing how your body works can lift that spell and will increase awareness. Thank you!
! OMG ! Uhm, I thought mine was defective, like a manufacturers defect. I just thought pleasure with a partner was an experience to tolerate because there was not much pleasure. Heck, I even thought I was doing something wrong, I have been told by more than one partner that my needs were excessive and too much work. Blink. And, I've never even heard of the O-shot! Looks like I have some work to do.
This information is fascinating and I'm sharing it with my husband. I never knew about the O-shot or the true anatomy of the Clit. My husband got an "A" or the highest level in Sex Education in High School back in the 1980's. His sisters were ~10 years older than him and he had been around them as they had children so he aced the baby section of the class. His family was involved in floristry so they knew a lot of gay men during the height of the AIDS/HIV crisis and he wanted to know all he could about STDs so he aced that section of the class. But the information about how to satisfy a woman was minimal at best outside of anatomy, "toys", and the teacher telling everyone that "communication with your partner is key"--something the teacher stressed when flying past the mention of BDSM since that was a big thing during the "Coming Out of the Closet" era. Still, it took us a few years before we finally communicated enough to enjoy a great sex life. We're still together 35 years later.
Y'all were taught about bdsm in sex ed?? We barely covered the basics 😂😅 I'm not trying to be rude or anything when I say this and I'm not trying to come off as weird or ignorant, but what does floristry have to do with gay guys? Isn't floristry just flowers? Sorry if I came across as some dumb hick, just curious lol
@@MsStealYourDadAndMom At the time we lived in California near San Francisco which was a "Mecca" for what is today the LGBT+ people. My husband's family had been generational florists (no one in the family was gay) and they had come to know many of the gay men quite well who had become Florist Owners and/or part of the general floral workforce once being gay became less and less of a stigma. Many were really sweet men and almost down to a T exactly what you imagine feminine gay men to be. They were still teaching floristry in High School along with sewing and cooking in our High Schools as an option. My third year of High School I had the option to take a math class or, for the first time ever, a BASIC computer class to give you an idea of how far back this was. As for your BDSM question, this was the era where anything gay related seemed to have some sort of BDSM component. Black leather/vinyl pants, vests, or hats were common. (Tom of Finland was a major artists of the time and looking him up on Wikipedia will give you an idea.) So were whips, chains, leather straps, dildos, plugs, etc. you could see it all during San Francisco's Pride Week and still can. Although, back then it was a smaller, quieter affair and wasn't as huge and IN YOUR FACE as it is today. So our teacher probably was asked about or felt the need to help explain BDSM. All the porn magazines still existed where now it's all online. So did a whole bunch of sex books and talk shows! "Dr. Ruth" Westheimer and "Dr. Drew" Pinsky both had relationship/sex call in radio shows which later turned into late night cameos or full blown television shows. So our Sex Ed teacher not only had to go over anatomy, conception, contraception, and diseases, but this whole new era of "Sexual Enlightenment". Probably similar to what she had had to go through when she had been in school during the 1960-1970's. All in all, I think I still left High School pretty naive about sex. My mother was pretty strict and I dared not bring certain materials or items into the house "for research". So I really never bought any of the books or magazines until my husband and I had our own place.
Wow, you literally may have just saved me from going insane! I've been searching for for the answer to my issue of lack of sensitivity of the clítoris for a while. My orgasms have been getting harder to achieve to the point where I've given up trying. HRT isn't working. I came across your video and learnt about the O-shot. A quick internet search shows it's available in the UK so I'm going to give it a go! Thank you ❤
Thank you for this information I wonder why this treatment only works for some women I've read reviews where it had no effect and is costly. I also wonder why some women have none of these effects from menopause and others have the full on 34 symptoms
I think I’m one of the few who care about women sexuality and pleasure, I knew some of what you exposed here, I’m glad that more research is been made on this amazing organ, it has been neglected for to long for many reasons, but it’s time to take a deeper look. I hope the algorithm helps your content be seen more, specially into a men’s audience.
Unfortunately too many men think porn is sex education. It is not. It is a complete lie. Communication with your partner and education through videos like this and books are what will help close the orgasm gap.
Omg 😲 😱 where have YOU been all My MenoPausalHorroficLife!!!...1st Thank you Dr Susan!!! My comment has Nothing to do with this video but l was up 😔 late lastnight well 4am this morning!!!Bc I was consumed with much of what you said especially in a video with Dominique Sashs... your videos are helping me already perhaps saving my life and differently my marriage 💑
New subscriber! Glad I found your channel today. Very informative to know your body. I’m a widow, still dating at 76 years young. I haven’t had any sexual problems. Love learning new information. I am a fan of this channel now.
My wife is post menopause and recently had a total hysterectomy to remove cancer. Thankfully the operation was successful in removing all the cancer!! My question is, do you have a video that will help educate me on what to expect going forward. Mainly in recovery and the affect it will have on her body and sex once she is mentally and physically ready. How can I help?
@Gary Jackson: Best to have a thorough talk with an expert Ob-Gyn because HRT (Hormonal Replacement Therapy) is not for every woman. Since the estrogen is not produced intrinsically by the body, but inputted from outside & quantity is variable for every woman, some would develop Cancer. That's why my Ob-Gyn gives options of not having menopausal symptoms by taking in estrogen, however the woman could be predisposed to have CA (most in Breast). I opted not to have it, anyway I have weathered the hot flashes, skin itching, and even if I'm 63 now, my skin is still not wrinkled (depends on genes if got good skin). I'm just taking Caltrate with Vit D for bones, Vit B-Complex (B1, B2, B6 & B12), Glucosamine Chondroitin for knees & cartilage health, more fruits & veggies, fishes, less red meat. I also had total hysterectomy at 53 (though my fallopian tubes & 2 ovaries were ok I allow the surgery to remove my uterus that had a tumor good thing it was very early treated. It was very bad if a woman bleeds when I was already almost menopausal with 2, 4, 6 months skipping periods when I was regular. The bleeding stopped when underwent D&C but the samples when Pathology report came showed the starting tumor in the uterus. I was single, never had a kid & not active so it was a huge mind thinking & soul searching but as my sister said, whwt's important - to have the D&C and know what's wrong OR don't act on it and let it get worst. I'm not hard-headed and followed to have myself treated. So that's why I'm not for HRT, I avoided the sickness and I don't want exposing myself. Old age is inevitable and sex wanes, it's not the end all and be all.
There are certain herbs that offer natural hormones supplements, such as licorice root for estrogen (I believe) but not sure if it would provide the necessary quantity as synthetic hormones would. But might be a point to ponder.
One thing to keep in mind that many don't consider is that HRT can cause and significantly increases the risk of certain cancers such as Breast and Ovarian. Specially if it already runs in your family. It's not recommend everyone to take it.
I don't know how I got here as I'm 24, but it's nice knowing that just because we age, we don't have to live a sexless life and be just sad and boring as we are expected to. At least now I know I do have a choice to be sexual and I am not limited to biological things I thought were set in stone. Even tho I'm young I have lot's of problems with pelvic pain and I often feel like I'm kinda losing my "best years" sexuality wise, but I'm more and more convinced that there is time to do everything 😊
Glad you chimed in. I prefer to live a time less life. Sometimes Belief Systems predispose many to limitations and so much b/s.. yet aging has no limits. KNOW thy self also includes our physical body. . MIND your body and spirit. Someone in this chat commented that sex is 95% above the neck.. and it's so true. BTW nutrition and exercise are also extremely impt for it impacts our minds not just the physical. 🙂
I would add that a G Spot orgasm may NOT become the preferred sensation for everyone as in a previous comment. That’s certainly an individual preference. I enjoy it but also it can be messy if you’re one who squirts. Personally, clitoral orgasms have always been my favorite due to the intensity & level of relaxation & euphoria afterwards. 😊 I’ve experienced every kind & enjoy them all but have a favorite. In my experience the G Spot is a “spongy” texture about the size of a silver dollar inside & once your partner recognizes it, can target it more easily. My husband says he reaches for the inside of the bellybutton about 1/2 way up - so it isn’t really the back of the clitoris for me. 🤷🏼♀️ (For me,) The G Spot isn’t really “activated” until a level of sexual excitement has already been achieved.
It was in mid forties when my life got 'messy' lol. 20 yrs of marriage and It just began out of the blue..I had never heard of it. Sex had always been satisfying and nothing had changed in our repertoire so this was unexpected. Once the water works started it meant always having matress liners and heavy towels handy🤦♀️
I was fortunate enough to take a course on the sexual response in the female body for two semesters in college. Out of 30 people in the class I was one of four males. I knowledge I gained was priceless and this video is consistent with what I learned back then. Men should take more of an interest in this topic and women should be bold and confident enough to communicate the best way to please her. I would bet that only 1 out of 100 men are aware of the anatomy of a clitoris.
Exactly. Once I had sex all I wanted to do was learn as much as I could about it. The #1 problem couples have is communication!! Especially when it comes to sex. My friends in High School used to call me the walking sex encyclopedia. Lol! I love to read! And I love sex! I have always taught my partners how to be with me. No guessing with this woman. It should always be 100% satisfying for both. People need to communicate their likes & dislikes. Send each other materials to learn from like articles & videos etc… Sex is fun. I always say if someone doesn’t like sex, then they aren’t doing it right. Lol!! I swear my soul leaves my body! And I’m so sick of hearing people say that only 50% of women orgasm. They should say know how to orgasm. People need education. I believe every woman could if she learned how. So many people think women can only orgasm externally. What a load of garbage. I feel so sad even thinking about half of the population not having an orgasm when I have so many different types of orgasms multiple times in one session. Also how a lot of men don’t teach themselves how to edge so they can last an hour or more in bed. Women want more not less. It’s crazy to me how so many people just don’t know enough. Knowledge is key! ☺️
I do believ You! One more thing thst puzzels me:Why ask a toddler if hen needs to go to the bathroom when it is evident that the need is a toilet not a bath tub...
How does someone find a doctor who does this procedure? I'm 64 and everything you said is true from my experience. I tried to talk to my female doctor about it and she just said have more sex. She didn't address the shrinking of tissue, pain and lack of pleasure. This was a very helpful segment.
I'll be 78 in July. The last two years have been progressively disappointing. I don't have a partner but I've always been in tune with my body. I'm so sad to hear the O-shot doesn't work well on seniors. Does hormone cream help any????😢😢😢
Thank you Dr Susan!! I'm 54 also and two years into 100% menopause. I am wanting some more stimulation down there for sure! the PRP sounds very interesting! I'm assuming health insurances would consider something like this, an elective procedure, like plastic surgery? i would be so in for this procedure! i still have feeling but would certainly LOVE to feel like i did when i was in my 20"s ! thank you for your videos! You are certainly fun to listen to! :)
I adore you ❤❤❤ Iwas having orgasms since I was a baby. I had no idea what I was doing, and I embarrassed my parents and grandparents. My daughter did the same. I’m so happy to know that we’re not the only ones! I’m 62, soon to be 63 and my sex drive is still alive, but I’m very interested in getting a O shot! I did not know that existed…you are fantastic! Thank you 🙏
Exercise will do wonders for women wanting a better orgasm. Blood flow is everything. Exercise and eat healthy. Many women don't exercise at all. I personally love bigger clits and I love longer labia minors. I also love when the labia majora is fat or puffy. The ridge of the penis head can stimulate the g spot or the spot up under inside from where the citoral head is. One thing we need to remember is it all starts in the mind. Women need to be stimulated mentally and the rest after that. Take it slow and start with a massage. Warm things up slowly.
The part most men don't know, if your partner is on ANTIDEPRESENTS this won't work right. They depress the takers sex drive AND THE GREATNESS OF THE ORGASM. Males some times can never climax, then it's a whole new problem, she wares out.
Wow, this information is so valuable. It explains so much to me. I'm a lucky girl, always had wonderful "O's" and still do. But I always wondered why I had what I called the inside kind, and the outside kind. Now I know why. I always thought I should gift my clitoris in my will, because I truly have a better one than any woman I know.
That's so funny Wendy. I also have an amazing clitoris and in fact my body is extremely sensitive to erotic touch. I'm a multi orgasmic woman I do thank God for creating sex and giving me such a strong sex drive ! I certainly did nothing to deserve such pleasure.
This is a great podcast! Just seen my GYN yesterday and she put me on a daily injectable, and progesterone pill I'm hoping this helps! Should I ask her for the O shot as well. Love your videos!! ❤
My wife is 73 and I am 75. We have been married for 54 years. Great information! I have always kept up with as much education as I could find about sex and intimacy. That’s how I found your TH-cam talk. We have a great sex life and have found ways to deal with aging. I use a penis pump with a cock ring and my wife uses a suppository from Foria with CBD. She says it’s a game changer. Intercourse used to be a bit painful but now it’s like it used to be when younger. After listening to your talk we will do some more research to see what may work for us. Thanks!
I am proud of you as a husband who has that much love and respect for his wife. You may find Dr. Rachael Ross' videos helpful as well. I am a new widow and hope that I can find someone who would have that much admiration for me. Lucky woman.

I'm doing cancer treatment will I benefit from this? It's always been difficult for me to have an orgasm but now at 57 ,plus chemo I'm a dry board 😅 I hurt pleasuring myself 😊so I asked my gynecologist also why I'm not into wanting pleasure as much he said it's the age ( I thought he's ignorant 😂) I'm looking forward to learning more about the 0 shot...I subscribed immediately 😊
@@MariafatimaGomes-nx2dz have you communicated w your husband/boyfriend on what you like, this is so important. Most women once they get out of their early 20s need to have a toy to help cause they’re not as sensitive down there anymore. This is why foreplay is so important for us women.
I might be the exception to men that have no idea I research and explored this and have become very proficient in exciting my wife of over 40 years. I love your videos and really work on being connected with my love of my life . If there is a thing of younger 62 or in my case 65 we would meet the profile . Wow I never have heard about medically not just the O shot but also helping a man! My mouth dropped open when Dr. Hardwick was explaining all the positive benefits for all of us? Thanks for the education and warm regards

Wow! I learned so much! I had no idea you could use PRP to rejuvenate our sexual anatomy! Does a dermatologist do this or a gynecologist? You have my interest!
I am 71 YO, I have no partner. But I have Lichen Sclerosus of the Vulva. I was wondering if the PRP, O shot would help heal this very uncomfortably disease? Thank you for this very informative video.
Is there something more complicated about this O-shot because I've googled it and it is EXPENSIVE. If it is just my blood injected back into me, why in the world would it cost $1500-$2,000. Why does it cost so much?
It has a sexual component to it and it is for the benefit of women. Enough said. Now. Don't you think it's high time all us female folk started to see to it that our health care stays in our hands and is made affordable enough to do so. Vote. Vote smart. Vote sane. Be the start in the change of American culture for the good of all of our society.
Mine was extremely sensitive…as a child, as a teen, as 40 year old, but at about 45, it went numb fairly suddenly. There was a lot of grief. I was told there is no help. I have vulvar atrophy, but because I still ovulate I still have moisture, but at 50 I’m just waiting for it all to be gone. I still feel sad about it.
Trust me when I say, there is no help in Canada for many things, let alone sexual health…the only thing I can control is working on weight loss. I guess, I shouldn’t say, no help, but I honestly believe it isn’t commonplace.
@@LemonLimes99 I don’t know…just stopped being sensitive to touch. I was going through a ton of things at the time…I also experienced an aversion to kissing…just like one day, it was done. My husband and I don’t have a healthy relationship…on the surface, we pretend that it’s good…deep down it’s not so good, but we have been together for over 33 years now.
Having known the shape of this for a long time ,( found out by plucking the sides like a guitar string many years ago causing a "twitch" that is uncontrollable and make the button jump ) it stands to reason that keeping the "box" tight is very key as it is very difficult to keep the "unit"(male member) pushed up against the "wishbone" without support from below . If the box is strong a finger is more than sufficient to get the job done and don't say a man doesn't know when she climax's because oh man is it ever apparent . Not only does she make noise but the legs spasm , the inside goes crazy and she forgets her own name . What I have found is that regardless of a woman having birthed or not is that the looser the box gets the harder it becomes to bring on climax . So in conclusion , if we are expected to "get and keep it up" which requires "grip and stimulation" , we expect the "box" to be kept in shape .
I am interested in the oshot for hair growth. Do I ask a doctor or anyone else how to get a OSHOT?? I FOUND YOUR VIDEO VERY INTERESTING & INFORMATIVE. Your voice is very soothing when you speak, thank you for sharing this video it was very informative…
Ask a doctor who specializes in hair regrowth about platelet-rich plasma, or PRP. The O-Shot is specifically for the purpose Dr. Hardwick mentioned in the video.
Great value! Very informative, and I really like knowing about the body and sexuality! So I've always read and researched but you explained extremely clearly! ❤
Are these O-shots common at most gynecologist offices around the country? Does insurance cover it? What are your thoughts on taking hormones once you pass 60 years old? Thanks…this was great information!! Just started following you!!!

It's thrilling to make her eyes roll back while she uncontrolably quivers with pleasure, I went with what I commmented about last week and now she can’t have enough. I did it go’ogling the latest by Merle Winestol and now she’s the one dragging me back for more lol.
I look forward to your video on ED. Sheri Winston's Women's Anatomy of Arousal: Secret Maps to Buried Pleasure is excellent! What things feel like changes a lot with arousal, blood flow, and erectile tissue hardening.
Thank you for the info. I’m 45 and just got a hysterectomy a month ago. My sex drive is slowly returning. I’m so worried that my orgasms will not be as strong as they were with my uterus. Sounds like I get a lot of pressure from my clitoris that I didn’t realize I was getting. Thanks for the useful info.
orgasms are not the same after a hyst. i taught my doctor this when i was 27. he thanked me for this when he retired because he used it to educate other patients. im an RN. so it kind of feels like my orgasm never finishes. but i can keep it going pretty long. with out the contracting of the uterus that is why it feels like it doesn’t peak. 😮 my uterus was lying on my bladder and falling out and i felt like i had a uti all the time. i had a lot of reconstruction done. hope this helps others understand.
After my hysterectomy I was soo worried bout that, waited 6 weeks, wined and dined myself and had a great night, no change whatsoever, I am so very grateful.
Funny how my gynecologist never mentioned this when I told him I’ve lost all my sex drive . He prescribed me testosterone cream which works a bit but no way am I as moist down there as I was in my youth. Sex with my husband is tolerable but if I didn’t have him , I just couldn’t be bothered with it ever again. I’m 57 feeling like a nun.
Omg! This is amazing news. I am having the hardest time. It's torture trying to have an orgasm. I finally stopped to check out my own vagina and I discovered my clitoris is shrinking. I've been devastated thinking there could be nothing done and I cannot believe I bumped into this video. This may be an answered prayer. Thank You Thank You!! Now to find the doctor that can do this and have experience doing this... Scary!!!
I find it interesting that insurance covers many treatments for erectile dysfunction for men. But treatment for equivalent dysfunction such as this are not covered by insurance.

Same here. Good luck for a comfortable future!

I definitely have a g spot. I can have several different orgasms. Clitoral, g spot, cervical & others. Internal & external orgasms. They all feel different but they all feel good. We just have to experiment with our partner to find out what works. Relax, have fun & make eye contact. ❤
Learning about Tantra & meditation has helped me tremendously! I swear I feel my soul leave my body while in such ecstasy. I recommend it to anyone with trauma, abuse or religious shaming etc… You learn how to relax & how to fall in love with yourself. And to love more fully. When you love yourself, you allow someone else to love you even more. ♥️♥️
What about anal orgasm?
Good day
This is so uplifting! Thank you for sharing about tantra. That self love makes it possible to love others more fully.

Does insurance cover this??

You explained that really well.@@Sarafimm2 Congrats on your happiness.
I have been on Bio Identical Hormones for years it has helped with everything! Climaxing is absolutely amazing!!!!
Plant based hormones are the way to go!
It's my husband's and i 16 year anniversary today. I think I'll watch this video with him tonight.
Hi Angie, how's your day going with you?
Omg 😲 😱
where have YOU been all My MenoPausalHorroficLife!!!...1st Thank you Dr Susan!!! My comment has Nothing to do with this video but l was up 😔 late lastnight well 4am this morning!!!Bc I was consumed with much of what you said especially in a video with Dominique Sashs... your videos are helping me already perhaps saving my life and differently my marriage 💑
I can't stop crying bc l am so happy .... thank you
New subscriber!
Get her on hormone replacement therapy ASAP!!!!
Very interesting, informative and clear presentation of valuable information for both women and their adoring men. Thank you.
Brilliant! I shared this with my daughters and best friend. Thank you.
Lots of pain, not lot’s.
Thank you so much for this helpful info.
With a username Mike Hunt, I'm not sure whether to believe this post 🤔
Ya "interesting choice of names" lol
Why on earth would a man take such a course? Oh I see only 4 guys smart move. Oh girls I'm here because I care about what a woman wants. 😂😂😂
Does hormone cream help any????😢😢😢
I'd say it would be worth at try. What would you stand to lose?
Yes yes yes it does 😊.
As a man this is new to me! I knew about the clit's top part but not the underlying structure. Learn something new every day!
I appreciate your knowledge. I just found you and am very pleased at the detail you give us. Looking forward to more presentations.
Thank you 🙏
😊
As a baby?
So true.. my husband learned early in our 33yrs together.. if he doesn't start with my mind.. nothings gonna happen😊
Yes, sooooooo true! So many guys think they can just jam it in there and you’re good.
A man after my heart...
sounds like you've been with quite a lot of women, I'll pass, monogamy is much safer
Great show keep up the good work cause you’re good idea what’s going on and I appreciate it. Thank you.
Thank you Dr. Smith, I have just crowned my MD education with your rich C-999 course.
Wow what incredible information to share! Thank you!!!
Me too, so glad I saw your video, never heard of the O- shot but it does make sense. Thank you 🙏🏼
Yeah. Am curious more of us have also not ever heard of this treatment.
There's a suppository with CBD that's a "game changer" for a woman wanting an orgasm.... 😂
@@debyinman6632 Yes, google Foria. Not just an orgasm but a better orgasm as well as helping with pain. I am not sure what is meant with the crying emoji but i hope you figured out where the suppository goes.
Your wife is lucky, my husband has no interest in sex... I am lonely single wife and its extremely hard for me being without sex and intimacy 😓😓😓

I’m actually going through medical menopause (breast cancer), that shot sounds like I could benefit from it🙂
I'm doing cancer treatment will I benefit from this?
I might be the exception to men that have no idea
I research and explored this and have become very proficient in exciting my wife of over 40 years.
I love your videos and really work on being connected with my love of my life . If there is a thing of younger 62 or in my case 65 we would meet the profile . Exercise really adds to our youth and our 3 children and grandson keeps us younger. Thank you for sharing this knowledge
Wow I never have heard about medically not just the O shot but also helping a man! My mouth dropped open when Dr. Hardwick was explaining all the positive benefits for all of us? Thanks for the education and warm regards
Thank you for posting. I understand my wife a little better now.
Kudos to you there doctor for discussing a sensitive subject so openly. Some excellent information indeed
Wow! Amazing information. This video popped up on my feed & I just had to see it & I am so happy I did! Thank you for this information that I had never heard about or thought about! ❤❤❤
I am 73 and still very sexually active. Very interested. So many are not taught as RNs. I have dug deep to gain knowledge
thank you for figuring this out and thank you very much for sharing!
Keep the videos coming I need them !!!
Never heard of this! Thank you so much for putting this video together!!
I definitely subscribed to your channel! I loved that you are a doctor ! I loved that you explained everything so smoothly & so intelligently! I feel you are so easy to talk too & to listen too! I will definitely listen to & watch your videos!! Thank you for educating us on our female body!❤
Easy to talk to, not too.
Great information, as usual. Hoping to find this in my area!
Use it or lose it! Thank you so much!
Hi Lisa, how's your day going with you?
Excellent, informative and intellagent!
Thank you,

Mine was extremely sensitive…as a child, as a teen, as 40 year old, but at about 45, it went numb fairly suddenly. There was a lot of grief. I was told there is no help. I have vulvar atrophy, but because I still ovulate I still have moisture, but at 50 I’m just waiting for it all to be gone. I still feel sad about it.
Trust me when I say, there is no help in Canada for many things, let alone sexual health…the only thing I can control is working on weight loss. I guess, I shouldn’t say, no help, but I honestly believe it isn’t commonplace.
I understand
Can you explain how it went numb?
@@LemonLimes99 I don’t know…just stopped being sensitive to touch. I was going through a ton of things at the time…I also experienced an aversion to kissing…just like one day, it was done. My husband and I don’t have a healthy relationship…on the surface, we pretend that it’s good…deep down it’s not so good, but we have been together for over 33 years now.
@@patriciakeats1621 Perhaps it’s related to the state of your relationship? I wish you only the best Patricia! ❣️❣️❣️
Quit calling it a "box".
A woman can literally do all you're describing and not be having an orgasm. There is no way for a man to know based off what you wrote.

Just pay for it if insurance doesn't it will help you
@@richardpauly1635 Lol! Right, just pay for it. I doubt they are cheap. Probably like any other cosmetic treatment, maybe more expensive, I would imagine. Most of those commenting are seniors and probably not wealthy.
@jeannie1renee2 insurance might pay for some I think it's like 1200 a spa place in the city I live at does it but I would not trust them too for my partner.
Thank you so much ….. I’m 63 and never heard of this shot before. 🙂👍✨
I must say it is very interesting . I am looking forward to more of these lessons.
Scary!!!
Hi Carmen, how's your day going with you?
I find it interesting that insurance covers many treatments for erectile dysfunction for men. But treatment for equivalent dysfunction such as this are not covered by insurance.
It is called blatant sexism by the insurance companies because they usually run by old SEXIEST males !🤮
