Smith is an anti anti hero in my opinion. He seems like a great leader but at the end of the day he is self-serving man who thinks only of himself and has done unspeakable things to innocent people. @@xJohnny_Ax The German V2 rocket technology from 1944 provided the basis for all global space programs after the war even in the real world. I'm sure especially a world power like this fictional Reich would jump at the opportunity of the new frontier of space, the propaganda value of it was massive during the real space race too.
@@mlgmake that’s a good point but here’s my line of thinking of this, was there a “need to” for this universe’s Reich to reach into space and have a space race? The NASA program was built with help of not only Nazi scientists that defected, but Jewish scientists that survived the Holocaust and they were probably purged in this timeline.

( In this case 2 nations ) but still .. his ideeas about transportation , inovation and technology would have skyrocketed human civilization far ! And the race ideology didn't actually suit Heusmann , he was more of a visionary industrialist .
