Frankly 5 cr looks more for that flat... First of all it's Madh island.. I really doubt people will spend 5 cr for a weekend flat in Madh island and coming to the flat itself.. for a 4 bhk, not having a proper deck is a bummer...

Nice video, but not very good. Because video shooting is not as we wd like it to be. Ek bhi room pura cover nahin hua; only one angle se hi hua. Does your shootingwala come with you only for timepass and chai? Then how and why will you get us to subscribe although we really really want to? Maintainence not sure...but 1.5 cr to 5 cr ranging from 2 bhk to 4 bhk..
