@@Ghumtaram If you could locate similar facility for people who eat non veg it would be nice... I even have some American friends wanting to relocate if similar facility allows them to eat non veg have a drink or two, has a swimming pool considering the hot climate and finally allows them a pet. They would be willing to pay a bit extra too, for till the end of life care.
I think for nominal profit facility should be set up so that the profit from it can be used for those who truly cannot afford to stay in any decent old age home, but desperately need one, get the required facilities. Somewhere I saw a function hall proceeds of which were used to meet the expenses. I thought that was a splendid idea.
American poor are not that poor by our standards, so they can afford this type of facility. They cannot in their own country. Would be happy to relocate if they can be taken care of till they die.

Thank you for such a lovely tour, beautiful facility, I just called them and a lovely lady answered all my questions. I intend to visit next yr after sept, I wish I could live there permanently but don’t hve OCI card, cos neither parent have Indian birth certificate, they moved overseas at young age!

There are no safety rails/ supportive rails in the bathroom. Its irrespondible for the management not to look into this
It is an awesome place to stay. I had visited this place with my better half. We had stayed overnight over there.
It seems quite costly...
If it's charity based, Rs. 30,000 per month, per couple is OK...( Specifically couple ) & for independent they may charge more...
Hope management would think on it....

It should made affordable. Senior citizen dont need luxury simple clean accommodation with activities and basic medical doctor. Make is 10 k per month

I have visited recently and had a nice experience. Polite staff , diet food , cleanliness, worship facility, surrounded by beautiful nature , medical facilities and REASONABLE rates.
One should visit at least once in Life .

Bhai ye koi business nahi hai ye upper middle class officers level ke post se retired hoke unko ghar se thoda dur rest karne jana hai 1 se 2 months ke liye unke liye hai aap socho na staffs ki sallerry hai property maintain rakhna hai ac room hai electric bill hai monthly 20000 kuch nahi hai 700 rs daily

आपने बहुत ही अच्छा काम किया यह , बुजुर्गों के लिए भारत भर में बड़े शहरों के क़रीब और पहाड़ों में में भी स्वास्थ्य लाभ हेतु कुछ समय के लिए रिजनेबल रेट में रहने खाने-पीने चाय नाश्ता फ्रुट सुबह दोपहर शाम सुलभ समय समय पर उत्तराखंड में में भी अगर बुजुर्गों के लिए महिना या दो चार , छः महिने के लिए ऐसे रहनें खाना + नाश्ता कुछ समय बिताने हेतु ऐसी व्यवस्था हो तो बहुत अच्छा होगा, यह भी बताइये, धन्यवाद

Old age home is necessary not luxury. Every one just cannot afford. Even though those who can afford should think of their future problems too regarding, finance etc. 😊
I don't understand one thing, why every senior home, retirement home or Old age home is made in Wilderness? Why can't it be constructed or made very near City,or in a city, so old people who can afford every city facility, entertainment, visit relatives, go for shopping.
In city, there is a pollution everywhere & City's accommodation is very high .
@ Vandana Naik, may be because of pollution in the metros & cities, old age homes are away from city limits. Also land in much cheaper in outskirts to build old age home
