Hey! Yes, no broker has worked for me in the past... But sometimes the properties on it are not available, because owners may forget to take down the post once they rent out their place ( not to blame them, property here is available in the morning and gone by the evening you know, and sometimes the posts are put up by brokers)... But overall I found the app really useful... In case you want broker numbers you can always DM me on Instagram and I'll share the information with you! Hope this helps.
