I didn't catch what company he used. If you're looking into Eagle Carports, keep reading.
The following comments are copy-paste from another video review of someone's Eagle Carports install that I posted. I think it's important for people to know what happens when you work with Eagle Carports. Stellar sales experience set us up with confidence... but buyer beware!!!
We're currently in the in-between: our garage was erected, a shoddy job - many issues match this person's (in a different video I found) - but we also have other issues.
I asked them what options we have. They said they'd send out the original crew to fix the problems. The photos and videos I sent to Eagle Carports were taken AFTER I had the original crew "fix" them, before they left the first time (in other words: don't send the same crew).
So, Eagle Carports said they'll send a different crew. First date they were slated to come, I received a text saying they would be delayed til the next week. Then, it was pushed to Friday. Friday morning, they informed me they were running late. No one came Friday.
HELLO SATURDAY MORNING AT 6:45AM (the ONE morning I can sleep in): Phone call, "I'm at your front gate." Um, what?! NO! There was no call yesterday preparing us for this, and it's Saturday morning at 6:45am! WTH?!
To inform y'all of our issues:
Again, same as this video, at least what I watched of it (admittedly didn't watch it all - I was rudely awakened by their fix-it guy so I'm up now and going to post my experience to save others from this experience). Other issues: our price point meant free matching hardware - we got silver (our garage is off-white/bone colored). All the edges (bottom and sides) had exposed insulation sticking out... really good wicking material to grow mold after 1 good rain. The crew didn't erect it per instructions: parts labeled for "back" were installed on the front, the garage doors didn't line up with the prefab brackets, so the crew made their own holes. Same dented-in overtightened screws. Really concerned about the roof construction after watching someone else's review showing it leaking- our interior is covered by the insulation, so we won't know how much it leaks until it's saturated (which will be too late: welcome, mold!)
Of interest/note: our concrete slab was perfect BEFORE. Since the erection, there are cracks throughout the slab traversing end-to-end. We gave them the date of slab completion...
We had asked about OPTIONS. They offered to fix it. Stung after the first crew (who also demanded us to feed them! Yes, we offered breakfast tacos as we did for our concrete contractors, but they came to our door asking for lunch, and THEN again DINNER! Thank goodness we had a frozen pizza) we hesitantly agreed. Now, this morning's rude awakening. Frankly, my husband would've been happier to accept $ off the bill, except that whatever we would do will void the warranty.
Yeah, I'm starting to think that they only post the best reviews, and that they remove anything negative. Now I'm curious how many GOOD reviews are recent? Perhaps they're all pre-COVID? 🤔

Congrats, although it sounds like you have another place that you will move into that will probably have a bigger shop. I am currently building a home/shop and focused on getting the ship in first. My shop is also 30x40 which is about as big as I can fit comfortably (size and cost), which has an 8x8 bathroom in one corner. Mine is 12' high walls with 11' high rollups that are 14' wide, and I will be able to drive my flatbed and trailer in and down and around the basement and backup as a turn around. It's a complicated build, but I just spoke to a foundation guy that is going to give me a quote for the shop slab with some extra cement on the sides for a sawmill and compressor. Keep those outside. I'm going to wire my electrical and have both single phase and a phase perfect converter on a separate 3 phase panel. I have a bunch of machines to setup after I get the shop enclosed. I was going to go fire, but I went with Hardiboard which is fire retardant. I'm stick framing the shop, the trusses are 4' high, so it's 16' high total. Just planning to use TGIs, as they're cheap. My shop is bigger than my house, which is 28'x32'. Basement, main and second floor inside the timber roof structure. I'm not a builder, so this is slow going for me...

I wired mine, ran romex between the wall panel gaps & framing. Used BluTex reflective barrier with foam core fasten the the faces of the frame. You’ll need to do some wood blocking in the corners so you can fasten the membrane flush. Was quoted a dollar a per square foot (of covered area) for spray foam (no way).
