    A great video Sensei ni rei, Osu ! ( Why would anyone click on the unlike button? I have never met O'Dowd Sensei and I am not part of his organisation. I am part of the much wider karate family. Why would you have anything other than the highest respect for a senior instructor who shares his knowledge and expertise FOC beyond his organisation ..... ty Sensei)

    This is by far the most didactic and complete teaching of the No.1 Kata I´ve ever watch. Not even in my 20´s with my japanese sensei I´ve received so understandable way (maybe because of lenguage and lack of understandable comunication). Then I´ve lived in Tampico, Mex. and still.
    Outstanding. Thank You Sensei !.

    You made it so easy
    Your explanation is very clear and unique, do not stop
    I tried to understand it after following more than one video, but I couldn't
    I thought I would take months to understand it, but because of you I learned it in one day
    Thank you

    • @viniciuspaiva3889
      @viniciuspaiva3889 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Practice every day, at least one time per day.
      For me, I like to choose one of the walls of the room I do my practice as the "front", and learn the movements always using that wall as a reference, like "I will turn my back to the front wall", do it until you do the movements without thinking on the next, but it will takes at least one month of practice every day.
