For our downblock we have our hand a fist or a fist 1/2 above our knee so we dont get kicked and we put our hand on the side of our belt instead up so it dont put stress on them just tips

These instructions would be SO much easier to understand if instead of saying "the big turn" you said something like "turn 270 degrees clock wise". Thanks for your video

Do you guys do heidan shodan for white belt or yellow belt kata at my dojo we have walking blocks, kicks and punches for white belt kata than we have heidan shodan for yellow belt i knoe it’s different for other styles
i think you did something wrong. at 3:2\30 you started on the right side but you said that it was the left... what is right?
Great question. Even though you are moving to your right, you are rotating to your left side and blocking with your left. Hope that answers your question.

Your back foot on your deep stances are facing 90 degrees... it needs to be 45 degrees
100% correct. Unfortunately I had sustained injuries before starting the channel which made my ankles not turn forward.... Slowly getting back. But yes you are right, and that bothered me about the video as well.
