Our Maverick hybrid gets much better mpg in eco mode but it also requires learning how to drive using accelerator, coasting and breaking to their greatest advantage. I would never buy Costco gas as none of my vehicles runs as well on their gas for some reason. Sunday we drove about 65 miles and the readout said 52.9 miles per gallon of regular gas. We plan to drive to Tahoe and back and will put premium gas in for that trip and see what happens going up vs coming back downhill. I am guessing on return trip it will get around 65 mpg.

mine 2023 with only 200m 55mpg, extremely careful
