Downward dog is great; it opens up your back. Lift one leg at the time to open hip. 6. 4 different circuits with weights. Every circuit 3 times with 12 reps each. KEY 🔑: Go slow. Count to 3 every time you push or pull. breath in an out. Ideas 💡: go to pinterest or reddit for workout ideas 7. Wash face and hands. Then shower right away. 8. Makeup. Who is that girl to “detoxify” you have to remove toxins from your body. The liver has enzymes that help to remove toxins from your gastrointestinal system, lemons do not contain these enzymes and do not do anything to help with removing toxins. As I mentioned, they only had flavour and maybe vitamins

my morning routine, nobody asked but I found it intresting reading: wake up at 6 am, now its 6:05 have breakfast: watermelon drink water or lemonade, for eating i have usually some cereal or fruit salad. after breakfast i go to shower, i wash my hair every three days. my hair is pretty damaged so dont judge, also i dont speak english so thats why a lot of words are awfully wrong than i go to have online school, i usually spend 3 hours or less on it so it nice. i have lunch, sometimes vegetables and only one time in few months i have pizza after lunch i go again do online school and after everything i clean whole house :)

• Wake up
• Stay on the phone for about an hour
• Get up and Eat breakfast
• Let the dog out
• Make my bed, Clean my room, brush my teeth, get dressed ( cuz my dad is REALLY strict about it )
